Mauvaise surprise

Une fois arrivés sur le lieu réservé (Les Hameaux du Perrier) via Abritel, la réception n'avait pas reçu notre réservation pourtant bien confirmée via le site. Nous avions deja paye notre séjour, en attente de remboursement, nous avons dû régler un autre hébergement. Décevant, contraignant et affligeant.
