Geschäfte sind da, auch der phantastische Markt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Es war relativ ruhig, der Blick aus dem Fenster hat uns gut gefallen. 🙁 Uns persönlich sind ein richtiger Tisch mit zwei Stühlen lieber, als die Barhocker an einer Theke. Platz wäre dafür gewesen. Einfach das Regal entfernen und einen Tisch und Stühle hinstellen. Es gibt halt auch ältere Reisende, die gerne bequem am Tisch sitzen und essen möchten."

Les équipements sont vraiment pratiques. 🙁 La salle de bain est un peu petite. Petit problème d’aménagement avec la porte qui claque sur les toilettes et la poutre au dessus de la baignoire qui n’est pas très pratique pour les grands. Mais tout ça n’est pas gênant pour le séjour."

Mobilier recent propre et confortable. Ustensiles de cuisine neufs, une Nespresso pour le cafe. Immeuble calme. Personnel de nettoyage agreable et appliqué. Jolis accessoires de deco. Ascenseur desservant le 5 eme etage. Il reste 1 etage a pied cependant. 🙁 Des soucis pour la reservation, pour avoir les clés completes, et le dernier jour avec l'arrivee impromptue du personnel de menage non informé de lheure de depart convenue. Une salle de bains etroite avec porte qui cogne sur le WC mal scellé au sol et sans aeration. Une seule fenetre au salon. Ampoule mal placee dans la chambre. Des lumieres aux teintes plus chaudes et une poele plus grande seraient appreciees."

Nous avons pu visiter le centre de Marseille à pied sans problème de notre dame la garde au mucem en passant par le vieux port. Nous avons passer un super séjour. 🙁 Le seul bémol c'est le manque de stationnement nous avons été obligé de mettre la voiture dans le parking sous terrain, ce fut un coup supplémentaire sur notre budget. Et peut être préciser que ce logement n'est pas fait pour des personnes de grande taille surtout dans la salle de bain."

Parme - Les Cocons "Very good apartment; good location. Definitely recommended. We will re-book in future. 🙂 Really comfortable apartment, quiet and light. Plenty of space. Brilliant aircon. Bathtub as well as shower in our one. Nice view out over that part of Marseille, central location. Ground level noise from the square not audible. 🙁 Arrival arrangements were not brilliant - the texted instructions on how to access the apartment block via a keypad and then a second locked door were ambiguous due to typos; probably a one-off though. The plug in the washbasin was stuck clicked-shut, and the plug for the bath didn't provide a seal. Because of slow response I bought new plugs, and left a universal plug for the next guests when we left. A word of warning: if you are arriving with heavy suitcases the Metro stations in Vieux Port (nearest to Les Cocons) don't have lifts, and no down-escalators either on several flights, so you need to be reasonably fit if you arrive by Metro! Or tricky if you need to use a wheelchair. Also, the apartment is one floor above the top floor accessible by the lift, so there is a flight of stairs to negotiate."

Unfortunately we didn't find basic house products such as oil, hand soap ... It is located at 6th floor so not the best option for elder visitors since Elevator can have problems sometimes."
