- What Makes this house special?

This stunning intracoastal dream has large porches, great for lounging and enjoying a lazy afternoon. It is perfectly located to be able to stroll to the beach and to bask in the sunset views over the Wild Dunes golf course and the intracoastal waterway from its cozy porches!

Built with a bit of a Mediterranean flair! The house has an open concept; the layout is perfect for entertaining friends, families or bachelorettes enjoying what Charleston has to offer.

If you want to break a sweat, use the fully equipped gym and infrared sauna. Afterwards you can soak away any tension in our romantic 2-person tub or in the 8 person tub. A separate game room allows for the entire group to enjoy different activities around the house. it has a pool table and a Foosball table

What about a round of golf? the house is right on the golf course. The World-renowned Wild Dunes resort has two championship 18-hole golf courses.

And because they are part of the family too:) You can add one potty trained pet when booking. If you have additional pets please send a message.

We venture to say that ALL the beds are some of the best you have ever rested on!
3 exceptionally large bedrooms, each with a private bath, a king bed, and a twin day bed and twin trundle. For a grand total of 3 king size beds and 6 single beds.

There is one master suite on the first floor, with access to a porch under oak trees. The top floor features two master suites. One is a sumptuous room, with large glass doors that open up to a spacious deck with an outdoor tub. Romantic evenings can be spent there, overlooking the sunset or the stars with a glass or a bottle of wine :) This is what sweet dreams and honeymoons are made of.

Parking for 4 vehicles plus additional off-street parking available.
All stays include an initial supply of linens and towels, beach towels and chairs, a washer and dryer, a starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans. WIFI and smart ROKU TVs in all rooms, We provide Netflix access.

There are motion-activated flood lights with video outside the house for your safety.

An Amazing Family Vacay

Colorful and cheery… this home was as welcoming as the host. Melissa is super at communicating and even left us the sweetest gift. So accommodating during our stay. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and our kids just adored the property. The house is trendy and eclectic and so comfortable. Great location and a designer artsy feel throughout. We will be back for more memories in IOP and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our week so special!

This is such a warm, inviting, comfortable and fun home! My husband and I, along with two other couples visited Charleston to see Seether and Staind on tour. All three bedrooms have king size super comfy beds and their own private bathrooms. The bedrooms are spread out throughout the home and offer a lot of privacy. Everything was super clean and the home is in a wonderful neighborhood in a great location. It was only a 25 minute drive to the airport. Melissa was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Accurately described in listing . Interior beautiful , light and happy . Exterior provides a nice screened porch overlooking the golf course.Large clean jacuzzi and a big fenced yard if you take your fur baby ! Stayed in many VRBO’s , this is one of my favorite ! Mellisa was excellent to work with 🙏

The house is very close to the beach, near grocery store and close enough to Charleston which added to the overall experience . The owner was very responsive with any questions, thoughtful to guests needs and very hospitable with welcome and goodbye gestures.

Great Unique Home!

This house is just happy the minute you walk in, it puts a smile on your face. The owner has decorated it with vibrant colors and unique pieces. The chandelier is beautiful, great paintings. Also, lots to do, hot tub, sauna pool table and more. The owner has also provided extras that you wouldn’t normally get. I would recommend it to my friends and would love to go there again.

Fabulous IOP House

My wife and I and our two twenty something sons stayed a week in mid May 2023 for our daughter’s College of Charleston graduation. The house was immaculately clean and nice. Each of the three bedrooms would be very comfortable for a couple - with each having excellent full baths. Having 4 full baths and one 1/2 bath was nice. We loved the screened downstairs porch and second floor open porch. Views were amazing - particularly sunsets. Porches overlook golf course and marsh/waterway. We cooked several times and the kitchen had everything we needed. 12 min walk (30 sec drive with easy parking) to the beach. 5 min drive to restaurants and Harris Teeter. 10 min to Mount Pleasant and 25 to Charleston. Very Professionally run with excellent communication. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful Home with Amazing Views

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at this spectacular island retreat. It would have been easy to spend every day taking in the fabulous views from the terrace (after rolling out of the super comfy memory foam king bed!), but the location afforded us accessibility to tons of great restaurants, nature walks, and other assorted attractions. Check-in was a breeze, and our host provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful stay, even gifting us a bottle of wine on entry. We would definitely come back!

Girls Weekend Getaway

This property is everything we were looking for an more. Starting with the comfort of the beds, I swear we all said we got the best nights sleep because of how comfortable the beds were. Every little detail was thought about with such precision. Highly recommend this property for a family trip or a girls getaway, perfect location to IOP beach (about a 10 min walk) and you can pop over to Charleston with ease.

Very Nice Home On IOP

This home is exactly as advertised. Extremely clean (probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in), unique furnishings and artwork, beautiful bathrooms, nice location. Stayed over Christmas and it was cold on the coast, so we stayed inside a bit more than we anticipated. No problem, the kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for great holiday meals. Hot tub was also clean and worked great. Appreciated all the tips the owner has throughout the home on how things work and things to explore in the local area. Only negative was the front door lock was difficult to operate, so we had to go in and out downstairs on the side of the home. That wasn't much to worry about, though, and we rate this home 5 stars. It's well worth a look if you're staying on IOP.

Gorgeous house with so much to do

I was so happy with my stay. Not only was the inside of the house gorgeous, but there was plenty to do at the house to keep us entertained the whole week we were there if we didn't want to go out. And the beds were so comfy. Melissa was very kind and have us a bottle of wine to welcome us and then a little gift at the end of stay. That made the whole enjoyable stay just a little extra special.

An amazing place to celebrate an 80th birthday!

My husband and I traveled from northern WI with our 2 small pups to celebrate his 80th birthday. We couldn't have been more pleased with our home selection and our hostess who was extremely helpful, professional, and gracious. We had a memorable experience.

Family vacation

It was ok, wish front yard would have been mowed and had problems with hot water in the master bath. May wanna consider a new faucet handle in that shower considering it’s broken off. Also, it was stressed to shower before entering hot tub but outside shower didn’t work at all. We didn’t get our to go gift because we’re weren’t sent the code. Sent 2 msg about this but no response until we were halfway home. It’s a lovely home but needs a little better upkeep

Isle of Palms vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isle of Palms. Melissa is an excellent communicator and her house was as advertised. The house was very clean and is well stocked and equipped. It is a short walk to the beach and there are a few restaurants close by but they are almost a mile walk which wasn’t a problem for our group. I absolutely recommend this house for family/friends.

Great place to stay and location! The house was great and being on the 8th hole on the Dunes West Harbour course was great! Only minor issue was the lack of hot water in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Having said that, I would stay here again easily.

Great neighborhood with park nearby for kids to play. The house was updated and well cared for. Mattresses and sheets on bed were top notch. House was well stocked with items you would need for the beach. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful Home on IOP

We spent a month at the property. Melissa is a great communicator. The house was beautiful. We loved the screened in porch, basement workout area, backyard and proximity to the golf course. Lovely residential area. Great trip.
