The home is located 5 miles from the airport, 5 miles from the Percy Priest lake, and 13 Miles from Downtown Nashville. Walking distance to grocery and eateries. The home has been furnished with light airy furnishings, luxury quality bedding, and designer touches. A coffee and tea bar, treats and a fully stocked kitchen welcomes each guest.

Each bedroom has a private full bathroom attached, hardwood flooring and fans. Bathrooms each are tiled.

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.

Boating and hiking trails within minutes of the home. Starbucks, Krogers, McDonalds, Sam's Gyro, Amy's Ethiopian, Ruby Tuesdays and much more within walking distance from the home. Walmart and Publix with 2 miles of the home.

Uber or Lyft is what most use but there are public bus stop within walking distance. There are also several car rental companies at the airport , which is 5 miles from the house.,

The property does have security cameras and for your safety and to ensure no loud parties.
Although this is a home being provided for your vacation it is located in a residential owner-occupied community so please be considerate with noise. This is not a suitable property for parties.

There is No Parking On the Street. Please make sure to park in a parking spot. There is only enough room for 1 car in the driveway.
