Studio with queen bed, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen and super cute front patio to take in the view. Located in the Roosevelt Row Arts District, this studio is walking distance to all the best restaurants, music venes, convention center and sports stadiums.
Roosevelt Row is downtown Phoenix’s walkable arts district, home to art galleries and studio spaces, restaurants, bars and boutique shops in a landscape dotted by colorful street art. Popular events in the neighborhood include the monthly First Fridays Art Walk and annual festivities such as the Pie Social, Chile Pepper Festival and more. Everything is walkable. In addition, there are bike renting stations just across the street.
