This is a cozy and quaint getaway condo located by Lake Conroe and close to Sam Houston National Park. Walden on Lake Conroeis a beautiful and relaxing community next to the lake. My wife and I purchased this condo to give our guests a relaxing place to stay while they are enjoying Lake Conroe and other areas of their visit. This gives us an opportunity to have a place to stay and enjoy the relaxation around the lake whenever the unit is not booked by our guests. I am retired and manage the condo and my wife is a Registered Nurse. We love nature and we love people.

We chose this property because of it's location and size.
What makes this property unique
This condo is located on the second floor with just a few flights of stairs that makes it an easy access. It is located next to the swimming pool and clubhouse. You can walk just a short distance to the lake inlet and the boat marina. It is very close to everything that you may want to use and enjoy.
