This little pad is possibly one of the most appealing properties we have encountered.
A newly renovated two bedroom apartment with charm and elegance.
A glorious lake view can be had from your balcony which you have access to from the open-plan living space and kitchen. It's as if you have been ushered to your front row seats overlooking the little town square.
Conventionally decorated this little pad has been done up in shades of grey, white and blue that add to its charm.
As for sleeping space there are two double bedrooms. One has a Queen sized bed and the other is twin-bedded but can also be made up as a double bedded room, depending on your requirements. Both bedrooms are the perfect size to allow comfort and privacy. The bathroom comes equipped with a shower and there is also a washing machine.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen is finished in an industrial style tiles which adds charm and character to the open-plan space. The dining area seats four and there is also a lounge area with armchairs and a sofa. Satellite TV with international and Italian digital offer you a large selection of programmes to choose from. A stereo with iPhone 5/6 docking station makes recharging easy with no adaptor plugs and you can listen to your own music too!
