Love Nest Apartment near Department Stores - 6P

This welcoming apartment will make you feel at home from your arrival. It is located on the 7th floor with elevator. Refurbished and tastefully furnished, the apartment consists of a bright living / dining room (thanks to a magnificent glass roof), furnished with care (1 sofa bed), as well as 2 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. The apartment has all the necessary equipment (broadband wifi, smart tv, etc.).All linens (bedding and towels) are provided.

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.

In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied.

No Air Conditioning and Dangerous

The apartment is small. The bathroom is tiny with the toilet separated from the shower and sink. There is a tiny sink in the same room as the toilet. There is a constant sewer smell that comes from the bathroom. The worst part is the air conditioning. I would not recommend this apartment for the summertime. The air conditioning are portable units with no exhaust. Therefore the hot Air blows back into the unit as cold air comes out. If you attempt to vent it, you have to leave the windows open with no child abra or even a screen. The property management is awful. Over three days, they failed to address the problem. I do not recommend this place at all.

Great location, great apartment for family

We enjoyed this property. Very easy to find and enter the building, it is on the back side so very quiet. Gets very warm in the am with direct sun, but the blackout curtains definitely helped, as well as the two a/c units. Smaller bathroom and WC but very manageable for four. Beds were comfy. Bed in second bedroom is smaller but the sofa bed was big and comfortable. Second bedroom was also the warmest so both kids slept on sofa bed, but could have done one on each. Kitchen was well appointed for travelers. Area is wonderful with several good restaurant choices just downstairs and only 5 minutes to shopping districts. Overall a great choice for us. I tried to ask if we could check out late or store our luggage as our flight ended up later; I did not receive an answer in VRBO inbox and so tried again via the phone number I was given, but this could have been a problem on my end with messaging from an American phone number. I would seek out this property or others that are managed by the same owner.
