This welcoming apartment will make you feel at home from your arrival. It is located on the 5th floor with elevator. Refurbished and tastefully furnished, the apartment consists of a bright living / dining room furnished with care (1 sofa bed), as well as 2 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. The apartment has all the necessary equipment (broadband wifi, smart tv, etc.).All linens (bedding and towels) are provided

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.

- A security deposit of 800€ is required, in the form of an online payment link.
- The Access to the accommodation is denied in case of non-payment of the deposit (our cancellation policy still applies).

Worst Stay

I took this house for 13 days. We travelled 13 hours and arrived 30 minutes earlier and she refused to let us check in early, and replied with, “You know the check in time is at 3.” The house looks completely different to the photos. It’s very dusty and theirs ants everywhere. Theirs no balcony and only has small windows that barely open with no street view. She left half a roll of tissue for 5 people. The water system is dysfunctional and is only suitable for 1 shower every 2 hours. She didn’t provide any soap or shampoo and there was only 3 chairs on the dinner table. but, it’s written the house is for 6 people. The beds are NOT comfortable. Theirs no air con and only noisy fans. It’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest laundromat. I prefer to pay little extra and get better house. It was a 45 minute walk to the Effiel tower. The house was dirty, the ceiling was falling off and there were holes in the walls. The house has 2 toilets but one does NOT flush while the house is extremely small. DO NOT waste your money on this apartment.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I had this apartment for 13 days. It took me 14 hours of travelling to arrive and the lady refused to let me check in 30 mins earlier, she replied with “you know the check in time is at 3” so we had to wait. The house looks so different in the photos, very dirty small and ants everywhere. No balcony and small windows that barely open with no street view. There were 5 of us staying in the apartment with only half a roll of tissue. Dysfunctional hot water system. Only suitable for 1 shower every 2 hours. No soap or shampoo. Only 3 chairs in the dining table but the apartment is listed for 6 people. The beds are not comfortable. No A/C only a noisy fan. It’s a 10 min walk to the nearest laundromat and a 45 minute walk to the Eiffel towel. The house is very dirty, the ceiling is falling off in the shower and holes in walls everywhere. The apartment has 2 toilets but only 1 works, the other one does not flush. Do not waste your money on this apartment.
