You'll be within easy walking distance of the white-sand beach at this resort condo in Tops'l Summit, beautifully positioned with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Miramar Beach shoreline. This condo comes with a private balcony where you can read, sip your coffee, and plan your daily adventures, as well as on-site amenities that include pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Here on the gated grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be able to walk to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a gym, a steam room and sauna, a miniature golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You'll find two restaurants on-site, as well as a wealth of other dining options at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north) and Destin Commons (seven miles west). If you're looking for a bit of tranquil time in nature, head just east to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
