Come and experience the ease and comfort of resort living at Tops'l Summit, where you'll have access to wonderful on-site amenities that include swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a free beach tram. You'll have a commanding view of the Miramar Beach coastline, balconies off both the living area and the master bedroom, and a whirlpool tub to welcome you home each afternoon.

You'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. You can also walk or ride the free tram to the beach, dine at two on-site restaurants, or take a short drive to one of the many golf courses in the area. The attractions of Baytowne Wharf are two miles north, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are two miles west, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is four miles east.

Nice room with a view

Pros: The rooms were very nice, updated and spacious. It felt very open and the view was good. The sun rises on the side of the patio so it makes it hard to enjoy the patio during the day unless you want to fry, but on the other hand you can get a good tan. I can't say anything bad about the room aesthetics. Cons: how water runs out fast with 3 bathrooms. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable and I couldn't get a good night sleep all week. They are way to hard and if you are sleeping with anyone else in the bed you feel every movement. I would stay again but would need to bring a mattress topper. Also, another important note that there are only 2 usable pools since the main one we normally go to by the beach is now only open to Tides guests not Summit guests, which was a bummer because we would normally swim there.

Great view above treetops

Room was spacious and clean. Dishwasher was unusable-they tried to replace it but the replacement was damaged in the box. Walk to beach was under ten minutes. If you have any trouble walking get a closer unit. The wi-fi didn't work in the room but we were able to connect to a neighboring room. Nice place all in all.

Wonderful week!!!!

Our room was beautiful and so clean. The views from the balconies are so nice. Just a short walk on the well kept grounds and you are at the ocean. If we ever come back to the area I will definitely try to stay here again.

Clean condo, great amenities!

The condo was great! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was close to the beach! The beach was about a 5 minute walk but there’s a tram as well which was convenient with little ones! My husband said the fitness center was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful staff

There were a few glitches in our condo upon arrival. The staff been over backwards to take care of repairs right away. There was quite a bit of construction and noise that we weren’t expecting during our stay; they were also very willing to move us to a quieter place. I would happily return to Tops’l. Mark in management, particularly kind and attentive.
