Located in the charming beach town of Miramar Beach, beachgoers won't believe their eyes once they finally arrive at the white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Outdoor lovers will be happy to have two great hiking places nearby: Coffeen Nature Preserve and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park; both offer endless outdoor activities including fishing, bicycling, birding, picnicking, hiking, swimming, etc. Visit downtown Miramar Beach and delight yourself with its many dining options!

Perfect beach getaway!

Tops'l is by far the best place to stay in Destin at Miramar Beach. These townhouses are like your own spacious villa. You definitely feel like you are at the beach but has all the amenities of your home with full kitchen, dining, tvs in every room and a carport. This townhouse is bright, inviting and very clean and has 3 patios! It sits right next to the amazing gym and one of the pools on property. Beach access is absolutely perfect. Also located in best part of town being right across from all the nice shops and restaurants.

Great Stay

Our family of 5 had a great time. Kids enjoyed the tram rides to the beach while we enjoyed proximity to tennis courts. Pool, gym access and restaurants were perfect too. Everything you need is on site and the staff is great!

Just okay

Nice to have own private townhome and parking area. Townhome itself could use some updates (uncomfortable beds, older bathrooms) but overall decent stay. Did not like location of townhouse (Tops'l Village). Felt unwelcome to use tennis courts and never had chance to explore facility for pool or beach access (pretty far walk). I would not stay at this location again.

Enjoyed our stay at Tops’l Tennis Village #37. Shuttle to beach was very handy. Condo was clean, quiet and convenient. Great internet speed, tv and appliances. Condo could use a coat of paint and some TLC, not a worry because we spent most of our time on the beach.

Nice condo

#37 is clean, up to date for the most part, has very comfortable beds with new mattresses. The electronics are great and the wi if was very fast (80 mbps). Everything works. Location is close to pools and right on tennis courts. The unit could use a little love and repair pealing ceiling tape in master bathroom. You will not go wrong with this unit.
