You'll have tons of awesome local cuisine right next door. There's also lots of great nature to check out at local state parks such as Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Gregory E. Moore RV Resort, where people can visit secluded beaches and dune lakes for fishing and paddling.

Great location and large house. However, it is in need of makeover. Nasty carpet, cracked tile and rusty patio furniture. Disappointed with Vacasa this time around. Was told the house had been updated by new owners. Obviously not true.

Great space walking distance from the beach!

We had plenty of room for our growing family. One advantage over Tides or Summit is the drive in garage. Park and you’re in! Loved it.

This place was beautiful. We absolutely loved it. We have stayed at Captiva before but this place was above the others. The decor is wonderful. It has been kept very well and was very clean! If the weather had cooperated, it would’ve been perfect. Everything is at your fingertips at Tops’l—the pools, tram, etc. We loved it!

Great Property

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Landscape was beautiful. Love to team service that was offered. Had a problem with getting a toliet replaced. It took numerous calls to get problem resolved. Once they finally sent a maintenance person he was fantastic & replaced in a timely fashion.

The home was spacious and clean. It was quiet and plenty of parking. Landscaping was well maintained. Loved the tram service provided. Had a problem with getting a toliet replaced. There seemed to be a lack of urgency. After several calls we finally got replaced.

Our stay was amazing!

The house was better in person than pictures showed. Beach is a little bit of walk but totally worth the peacefulness and extra room. Advice would be to bring a small wagon. Access to workout center was excellent. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great for Families

This was a very nice location and home. Highly recommend. Plenty of space. The grounds are very well kept and secure. The linens were in good supply. Kitchen well stocked for cooking but without any “everyday” pantry essentials. IE: salt, pepper, etc. Private pool within 50ft of patio. Clubhouse and beach both short distance.
