Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house, nestled on a private, restricted beach within a gated beachfront community. This stunning home offers spectacular panoramic ocean views throughout, allowing you to wake up each morning to the refreshing ocean breeze and the soothing sound of waves just steps away in your private backyard. It doesn’t get much better than this.

*Please note: Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we have a VERY strict no-pet policy. Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you plan to bring an animal, as no exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.*

The beach house is one half of a duplex, offering 1,000 square feet of living space, ideal for a family with young children or a couples retreat. The lower level includes a full tub/shower bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and an open-concept living room and kitchen with direct access to your private beach patio. Upstairs, you’ll find a second full bathroom with a shower, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests. The entire house can host a maximum of eight people, including guests, and the driveway provides tandem parking for two cars.

This beach house is fully equipped with all the essentials of a well-stocked home, including a kitchen with a variety of cookware and kitchen staples such as spices, condiments, oils, sugar, and coffee.

*Please note: All items provided are part of a starter kit. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies at a local store.*

The open-concept living room, kitchen, and patio area are designed for your ultimate entertainment experience. Enjoy the stunning views while spending quality time with family and friends. Both the living room and master bedroom feature flat-screen TVs and DVD players for your entertainment.

The beach directly in front of the house is completely private, ensuring a secluded and relaxing experience. The private patio is fully furnished, complete with a BBQ, a patio table for dining under the stars, and a comfortable seating area.

**Please be aware that due to natural changes in sand levels and ocean conditions, Stairs are required to access the beach. For guests who are not comfortable using stairs, there is a vacant lot approximately 30 yards to the north with direct beach access that does not require stairs. The beachfront can vary daily, alternating between rocky and sandy terrain.**

House Rules:

- We do not allow pets due to severe allergies.
- This is not a party house. The property is located in a quiet beachfront residential community with permanent neighbors on both sides. If you're seeking a party atmosphere, this is not the home for you. However, if you're looking for a peaceful retreat to enjoy with family or friends, this is the perfect vacation destination.
- The entire property is non-smoking. Guests who smoke are kindly asked to do so away from the house.
- The beach and stairs leading to it may be shared with the owner or other guests on the property.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it's truly one of a kind in Southern California. It's one of the very few communities with its own private beach, which makes it incredible special and peaceful compared to busier public areas. Being a beachfront, gated community gives it that tucked away feel while still being close to everything Orange County has to offer. There's really only one other place like it in Malibu, so It's actually the second of its kind, which makes it feel even more unique. For me, it was easy choice because it offers the perfect mix of privacy, beauty and the classic relaxed beach lifestyle.

What makes my property unique is its true beachfront location inside a private, gated community, something that's very rare in Southern California. You're not just close to the ocean, you're right on it, with a cozy relaxed feel that's more like staying at a beach home than a rental. Because I personally own and manage the property, I'm very hands on and thoughtful about the experience. It's comfortable, welcoming and designed for real family time, with the beach just steps away. the mix of locations privacy and personal. care is what really sets it apart.
