THE OWNER THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING

Absolutely beautiful condo. Everything is new, 9 foot ceilings, spacious, huge walk in closet, the sand is white, clean and just perfect. We will definitely request this place next time we're in Biloxi!

Enjoyed stay overall

Overall our short weekend stay was nice, everything was very clean and we were super close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again for another little get away. The surf style store kind of blocks the view though. Balcony could use a couple of chairs, bed is more firm than what we’re used to, and the balcony door lets in a lot of light in the bedroom, when I’m awake I love the natural light but there needs to be a better option for when you want to sleep in past 6:30. These aren’t really complaints though, just informative for the next person and suggestions for the owner.

Cute place, great location!

We truly enjoyed our stay! We were attending a dance competition for our daughter at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum which is literally 3 minutes away so it could not have been a more convenient location for us! Not to mention, there’s lots of restaurants, drive-thrus and even a Walmart within a 5 or 10 minute’s drive! The rental itself was clean, well-lit, and felt very safe. It was so nice having a full sized washer and dryer in the actual apartment. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we were easily able to get by for our weekend stay with the included amenities. I will say, my only complaint is that the pull-out couch was pretty stained and yucky looking. I couldn’t bring myself to let my little one sleep on it so she just slept in the huge king size bed with us and all was well. This is simply a matter of getting a good stain remover after it. I don’t think the couch needs to be replaced, just cleaned really well. Otherwise, the place was immaculate and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This apartment was exactly as advertised. Perfect location. Beach right across the street. The bed was very comfortable. It could have been a tad bit cleaner but overall it was a great stay. We would definitely stay again. One small issue but we got in touch with property manager and she handled it immediately.

Great Getaway!

The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because our view of the water was obstructed by the surf shop in front of the building. Other than that, this property was perfect for a weekend getaway! Very clean, and the property owners were quick to respond when I had questions.

Nice stay

I had an extended stay here. I have some good and bad feedback, but I will start off by saying that I would stay here again and would recommend it to others as well. The apartment was very nice. It was new and well stocked with just about everything that you would need. The location was great. It was very easy to find, right off the beach, nice area, well-lit, secure, new/modern, and plenty of close parking. Anderson was very easy to reach and very quick to respond at all times. During check in, I was given the wrong door code so I wasn't able to get in. However, Anderson was very quick to respond and clear up the confusion. Once I was settling in, I did notice that it wasn't very clean. The shower had hair in it, the bathroom drawers were full of hair, and worst of all - the bed had hair all over the sheets! I let Anderson know about this and he offered to send the cleaning crew over the next day. I denied the offer because I was already settled in and didn't want people coming in/out during my stay at that point. I did also notice that there was a melted candy on the rug in the bedroom that no one cleaned. The bed is SUPER hard and uncomfortable. It was difficult to get a good sleep. I wasn't prepared for that - especially for an extended stay. Next, I had a camera in the apartment during my stay for my own piece of mind. While I wasn't there, I got a notification that there was a person inside. This shocked me because I wasn't expecting anyone. I immediately called Anderson and told him the situation. Initially he was questioning me as if I had given out the code to someone else - which I hadn't. After further investigation, there was confusion with the cleaning crew and they had came to the wrong apartment. However, they unmade my bed and left the sheets on the floor next to the laundry for the entire day until I asked Anderson for them to please go back and redo the bed so I wouldn't have to come back to having to make the bed. It was disappointing that they literally picked up the sheets from the floor and made the bed without even washing them or replacing them with clean sheets. I also didn't like that the cleaning crew had the code to the door during my stay so I asked for it to be changed and Anderson was quick to make this adjustment. I felt like this was important feedback to give but overall I did enjoy my stay and would stay again. Thank you for having me!

Great property. Will definitely rent again. Very clean, great starter products till you have time to go out and get supplies. Note: it is third floor with no elevator for those that have problems with stairs.

Very clean, newly modeled apartment. 1 block from the beach. Super close to almost anything you need. Check in and communication with the host was quick and easy. Washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. We would definitely recommend this unit to others!
