The 295 corridor offers quick access to Downtown JAX, EverBank Stadium, TPC Sawgrass, Orange Park, St. Augustine, Fernandina, and Amelia Island, providing even more convenience for our guests. This accessibility aligns perfectly with our goal of offering a comfortable and well-connected stay.

The home is equipped with Comcast Xfinity’s Extreme Pro high-speed Internet Service, which has 1,200 MPBS! It is extremely fast and should be more than adequate for various business, gaming, and entertainment needs! If you ever have any challenges regarding logging in or with speed or bandwidth, just call us, and we will make sure you have what you need!
ENTERTAINMENT
The Bungalow features three large Samsung smart TVs when rented as a 2-bedroom unit or two smart TVs when rented as a 1-bedroom. Enjoy XUMO Cable Stream with over 200 web channels, and easily access your 4K UHD content through Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, Xfinity On Demand, and more!
GOOD NIGHT SLEEP
The primary bedroom has a fully reclining/ adjustable Tempurpedic bed with a massage feature and down-feather-filled and foam-gel pillows to choose from.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
The newly rebuilt house features a whole-house water softener and dechlorination system with a new AC/heat pump. The backyard is shaded by a giant Queen Palm and lined with Crepe Myrtle trees.
SHARED SPACES
The Bungalow shares the outdoor area with a small, standalone Cottage located at the back of the property. The beautiful backyard includes Edison hanging lights, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a large table with a heavy-duty umbrella, a hammock, and an exercise/chin-up bar.
In the communal laundry room, you'll find a new LG washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. Additionally, there is a Meila vacuum, broom, and Swiffer Jet available for use. The remote control for the Edison lights is located on the water heater. A small set of adjustable dumbbells (up to 50 lbs) is provided for outdoor use only. Please remember to return all items to their original locations when finished.
SECURITY
This quiet area is home to retirees, college students, blue-collar workers, and young families. For added security, we have RING Motion-Activated Lighting and security cameras monitoring the outside perimeter and driveway, all positioned externally. The property is situated in a peaceful, established neighborhood with homes dating back around 70 years. When we’re not traveling, we reside just three doors down in a gray remodeled Craftsman home.
PARKING
Private parking is available with designated spaces: Cottage guests park on the left side, and Bungalow guests park on the right. Each side offers two parking spaces. Additionally, there is a shared paver parking pad parallel to the street that guests are welcome to use. Free and legal daily or overnight parking is also available on the neighborhood street if needed.
HOUSE RULES
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside our units, which includes vaping, incense, cigarettes, marijuana, and other substances. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. Be mindful that the backyard is a shared space with other guests. Smoke damage remediation is very expensive and will be charged to those who violate this rule, so we ask for your cooperation. Parties and events are not permitted without our permission, and the use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
ACCESS
The rental has a unique digital access code that will be activated upon check-in. You’ll have easy and secure access through a private entrance and keyless entry system, providing both security and flexibility during your stay. If you have a preferred 6-digit number, we can customize it for you. We are available by phone, email, or message to assist with the digital lock system and ensure you are comfortable with the setup.
