In the heart of the Breton marshes bathed in nature, total rest Old detached barn completely renovated with passion, located near the owners' house, in the heart of the typical landscape of the Marais Bretons. Pond at the foot of the gîte terrace (partially secure) which is shared by the owners, unfenced outdoor space of 1 hectare, with superb views of the marshes. Ground floor: living room/living room with open workshop-style fitted kitchen (induction hob). Floor: 2 bedrooms each with shower room/wc (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 3 90x190 beds). Washing machine and dryer in outdoor room. Additional equipment: wifi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD, baby equipment. Not included: electric heating, electricity, sheets (40€ for the double bed and 20€ for each single bed), bathroom linen (20€ per person), obligatory cleaning fee (85€) and tourist tax.
