About this property

Enjoy the perfect vacation at our beautiful, newly updated beach condo. If you are looking for a relaxing get away with family and/or friends, our condo on the beautiful Hilton Head Island is the perfect place. It is located in a quiet area, yet in walking (or biking!) distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and more.

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in building 4 at Hilton Head Resort. There is 24 hour security with a gated entrance. A quick 10 minute stroll or 5 minute golf cart shuttle ride across the boardwalk over a marshland filled with beautiful wildlife leads you to Coco’s Tiki Bar and beach access. At CoCo’s, the resort’s private tiki bar you will find restrooms available and a large menu full of food and drinks. The resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, 6 lighted tennis courts, exercise/weight room, poolside snack bar, coin operated laundry washer & dryers, small onsite store and grilling area.

The condo has been completed renovated which includes new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, pots and pans, blender, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, wine glasses and much more.

The family room/dining area has a 55” flat screen TV. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. Free Wi-fi and cable TV are provided. We also have a queen size sleeper sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, TV and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds as well a full bed (room can comfortably sleep 4 people) as well as a large closet and TV.

We will provide you with the following items: cleaning supplies, Swiffer wet jet mop, broom, and vacuum. We also supply hangers, laundry baskets, towels and fresh linens for your stay! Our cleaning staff will leave you with a starter pack of supplies which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablet, and bars of soap in each bathroom.

Feel free to use the 4 beach chairs, beach buggy and assorted toys for your days at the beach!

I recently stayed here for a weekend getaway and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and intuitive, with plenty of filters to find exactly what we were looking for. The listing was accurately described, and the photos gave a true representation of the property. The communication with our host was outstanding. They were quick to respond to any questions and provided thorough check-in instructions, making our arrival stress-free. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The location was perfect for our needs, close to local attractions but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Great family resort! Close to great beach for kids

Thank you for being flexible and responsive! We had weather impact our plans so having a nice place to relax was great. Only recommendation is maybe some pickleball equipment for guest use and update the checkout time to 10 am as the cleaning crew arrived and asked us to leave but we were mostly ready, just last minute things. Thanks again for your hospitality!

My family of 4 enjoyed this unit. It small but served its purpose. It was clean. Wish there were extra towels and wash cloths available to use during our stay. Lots of amenities on the property to utilize which was a plus. The beach access was a trek. Once you get to the boardwalk there is about a 10 min walk to the beach. However, there is an attendant on duty with a golf cart to transport you across the boardwalk if needed.

This was the perfect place for me and my daughter and my cousin and her daughter to just get away from life. It was clean and cozy. Would have liked a couple extra towels and coffee, if anything. But it was really a nice getaway and we loved it.

This property was nice, parking pass permitted to enter the grounds which was good that random people couldn’t come and go. Plenty of linens, everything you need. Nice pool areas. My only complaint is the walk to the beach! It’s killer in the scorching sun lol

Nicely Decorated and Clean

Enjoyed staying at this property! It was nicely decorated and clean. Had everything we needed to sleep 7 comfortably. The room was more like a 15 minute walk to the beach being that it was the building furthest away, but it wasn’t bad. The resort had plenty of amenities for a nice stay. Thanks so much!

Family trip at HHI

The property was very nice and clean. It was a little small for my family of 5 but it worked out fine. My only complaint would be having to pay for use of the washer and dryer. With a family its almost impossible to go 6 days without washing wet towels/swimsuits.

Clean, fun, & practical!

We enjoyed staying here and Emily was a great host. She was able to give contact information for the owner of a unit a few doors down from this unit so that we could enjoy a vacation with our friends. It worked out great having this unit for our family to retreat to, while being in close proximity to our friends. The unit is fully equipped and we had everything we needed and it was just as described.

Great place and comfortable stay

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was exactly as listed and the checkin process was seamless. We happened to be there while there was a division 3 tennis tournament so we saw some great tennis, and our family really enjoyed the indoor pool at the building next door. I would definitely stay here again.
