Rare location! Walk-out access to the Tropical Pool and Baytowne Wharf! A few minutes ride to the beach on the complimentary Tram.
This newly updated studio offers walk out access to the tropical swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room and family bbq area. The Baytowne Wharf is literally a few steps away! Tram service to the beach is conveniently located just outside the building front door.

This stylish studio comfortably sleeps four with a king bed, a brand new queen sleeper sofa, and an HDTV. There is a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. New wood flooring and furnishings enhance the coastal vibe. A fully stocked kitchenette offers a mini-refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and flatware. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the patio courtyard and enjoy a lovely view of the tropical pool, hot tub, and lush landscaping. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. There is a coin operated laundry room available in the building next door, and wifi is complimentary.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the Resort, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. Be our guest and enjoy convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location, along with world class accommodations!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Nice room located near all the shopping.

We prefer to stay at the Pilot House and this room met all our needs. I like that it had the floor level walkout. It was quiet and no sleep disturbances.

Perfect couple getaway

The studio had everything we needed! The room is in a great location, just a few steps away from the pool and gym. We walked to restaurants and shops, then rode our bikes to the beach. Looking forward to staying at the studio again soon.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was just steps away from all the shops and restaurants of Baytowne Wharf. Even had a small store close by (albeit pricey) for those little things you didn’t want to get back out for. Place was clean, and fine for a couple to stay in. Has a cute little fenced back patio that leads out to the swimming pool. Very happy with our stay!

As advertised-close to everything

Great location and very nice room. Steps to the gym, pool, and hot tub. Right by the wharf so you can walk to everything. Had a small issue with the shower handle and they offered to fix it right away. Check in and out was an easy process. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful!

Great space, just enough room for us two! As shown in pic! Loved to just walk out back to pool! The location was right next to the entrance to Baytowne Wharf of which we just loved! Only negative was for me was ceiling fan and door to a/c was very dusty. We ended up not running the fan.

Great Studio!

We stayed in this room for one week with our 2-year-old, and it was great. Very clean and quite spacious for a studio. The couch mattress is terrible, but when are they not? So I wouldn’t count on that as a legitimate sleeping option, personally. But it has a king size bed, which was wonderful. Smart Tv, small fridge. No freezer. Patio is large and walks straight out to pool. Bathroom was great as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice and very comfortable to stay at. Our only concerns were upon arrival the door was open to the room. No one was in there but the door was ajar. The only other part that bothered us was the room was quite dusty and triggered allergies for us. Outside of these 2 concerns we loved the property and would stay again and recommend.
