Sehr schönes Haus auf der Île Grande

Herzliche, zuvorkommende, völlig unkomplizierte Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit den Anbietern, wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde am Rand der Île Grande mit direkten Zugang zum Rundweg um die Insel, großem Garten und dem Strand in Wurfweite. Wir waren gerne dort und können das Haus jedem Bretagne-Fan nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für einen gelungenen und entspannten Familienurlaub!

Des vacances formidables !

Les propriétaires son très sympathiques, ponctuels et le descriptif correspond tout à fait à la réalité. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et avons pu découvrir cette magnifique région de Bretagne, la maison est très bien centrée. Super semaine en Bretagne

Nous étions une famille avec 7 enfants. Le gîte est très bien situé à l'entrée de Ile-Grande avec vue sur la mer à marée haute. Avec un temps magnifique toute la semaine, nous avons bien profité de la terrasse située plein sud et du jardin. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous avons spécialement apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue. Seuls bémols pour la location : les salles d'eau qui mériteraient une sérieuse rénovation, et le lave-vaisselle et le four qui sont largement sous-dimensionnés vu la capacité du gîte.

Maison typique en bord de mer

Excellent accueil et très bon séjour dans cette maison typique de bord de mer. Claudine et Thierry sont charmants et de bon conseil pour découvrir les environs et les restaurants. Après ce séjour en hiver, nous aurons plaisir à revenir en été.

L'ile grande est magnifique , la vue de la maison est magnifique. Nous avons été très bien accueillit par M et Mme LE Guevellou. le seul point noir de la maison est la salle de bain qui mérite une bonne remise a neuf. Mais a part ça tout a été super…:)

Erholung pur!

Die Vermieter waren besonders freundlich, dass Haus hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Das große Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist halt für Kinder geeignet, oder wenn man sich gut kennt. Für uns war es ok. Wir hatten zwei Regen-, bzw Sturmtage, da kann einem schon Mal die Decke auf den Kopf fallen. Aber das liegt am Wetter, nicht am Haus. Ein Nachteil ist die Dusche im Dachgeschoss, aber vielleicht wird da was nachgebessert. Highlight ist der Garten, zentral und doch ruhig. Die Nähe zu unterschiedlichen Stränden, das Dorf mit einigen kulinarischen Angeboten, und die freundliche Art der Bretonen. Fahrradfahren war ein Erlebnis, kein Gehupe oder enges Überholen. Da kann sich schon Mal eine Autoschlange hinterm Fahrrad bilden, aber der Bretonen nimmts gelassen. Wir fahren sehr zufrieden nach Hause und sind rundum gut erholt.

Très beau weekend sur la côte de granit rose

Cette maison est parfaitement agencée, avec 2 belles chambres et un dortoir super pour les enfant à l'étage. Accueil parfait de Claudine et Thierry, avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue très sympa. Et la vue est superbe !

Extérieur magnifique intérieur travaux à prévoir

Extérieur plaisant et intimiste, proximité de la mer nous avons eu la chance d'avoir louer pendant un fort coefficient de marée nous avons eu la haute mer à l'orée du jardin. L'intérieur notamment la pièce à vivre est trop chargée en meubles, trop de maquillage apporter à l'ensemble de la maison vieillissante une plus grande attention aux finitions doit être apportées (parquet qui se déboite, SDB endommagée...), beaucoup de vaisselle mais pas forcément adéquate (manque certains ustensiles essentiels). Propriétaire charmant et attentif, habite un peu loin de la location (45mn).

Wonderful summer holidays in Brittany

My family and I spent 3 superb weeks in this former fisherman’s house on the lovely Ile Grande. We really enjoyed the house and the huge garden with a wooden veranda where we had diner and barbecues. The house is located at the entrance of this tiny island with a lovely beach, a bar with a creperie and a small grocery in walking distance. The house is well equipped with WLAN, modern TV and DVD, washing machine and a good kitchen. Only the dish-washer is too small for 5 people and also a good oven is missing enabling people to cook a self-prepared pizza or lasagne. There is an electric kind of oven but unfortunately it was too small for cooking for 5 persons. We also made a lot of excursions to wonderful beaches (Trégastel, Saint Guirec, Plougrescant etc.) and to lovely tiny villages (Lannion, Tréguier, Paimpiol, Guingamp and Morlaix). The Cote de Granit Rose is really beautiful. There is also a nice Whisky distillery nearby (Warenghem in Lannion) offering a free guiding tour with a tasting afterwards. For experts there is also the Whisky distillery Glann Ar Mor near Pleubian. Worth a visit is also the Parc Du Radome with the Planétarium de Bretagne, the cité des Telecoms and the village Gaulois. You can also book a boat trip to the Sept-Iles or the Ile de Bréhat. If you are interested into football, go and visit Guingamp with its lovely football club En Avant Guingamp playing in the Ligue 1. Our landlady and landlord were really nice and helpful and we even received a nice welcome present. Merci plus pour tout. Nous avons eu des belles grandes vacances chez vous.

Bien située !

Très proche de toutes les activités de la côte de granite rose, cette maison est très agréable et d'un confort parfait pour les vacances. La mer et le GR34 sont au bout du jardin et il y a de très belles plages sur l'Ile Grande. Seuls bémols : - si vous cherchez le calme complet, la route passant à proximité pourrait vous gêner (meme si cela reste très supportable) - les volets mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement (le climat marin n'étant pas tendre avec le bois)

Super maison pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis

Maison très sympathique équipée de tout ce qu'il faut même pour un bébé (lit parapluie, baignoire, chaise haute). La situation est super à l'entrée de l'ile grande, très calme et assez proche des commodités (supermarché, pharmacie, lieu de visite).
