The home is split into two spacious wings: an upstairs and a downstairs, making this luxe getaway is ideal for groups of families or friends alike.

This open-concept, luxurious home has something for everyone and can sleep up to 10. The main-floor master bedroom boasts a gas fireplace, ensuite bathroom, and deck. Also on the main floor is a spacious kitchen, office/den, living room, dining room, and two additional deck areas. Travel downstairs to find your game/entertainment space with large television, pool table, foosball table, and gas fireplace. The deck directly off of the game room has an in-ground hot tub for your soaking pleasure. You'll also find four guest bedrooms on the bottom level, one being a full ensuite apartment with kitchenette and private outdoor access. Each bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom. There is a separate caretakers unit on this house where the caretaker of the home lives. This is a completely separate apartment located above the garage. There is rarely any interaction between her and our guests but we do like guests to be aware of this!

This home is only ten minutes from the Willits shopping center with Whole Foods, City Market, and plenty of dining and entertainment; 15 minutes from Carbondale, 15 minutes to downtown Basalt, 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs, and 35 minutes to downtown Aspen. It is truly the perfect central location to enjoy everything the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer!

PLEASE NOTE:

- There is one long term renter that lives in a completely separate apartment above the garage. She cares for the property throughout the year and is very conscious of our guests that visit. She owns two dogs so please note that if you do not like/are afraid of dogs this space is not compatible for you as they are sometimes exploring the property.

- There is no guest access to the interior of the garage.

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
