Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2nd-floor unit located in the gated community of Colony Club at Drakes Landing with access to a swimming pool, tennis court, a clubhouse, fitness center, pond, and barbecue area. Very nice community and a quiet location away from the noise and traffic.
Complete with a newly redecorated interior and furnished balcony, you’ll have everything you need to have the perfect Alabama vacation! Only 4.5 miles from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast and close to golf, shopping, Waterville water park, the OWA amusement park, and the brand new zoo.
The master bedroom features a new King-size bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 brand new Queen beds with new comfortable mattresses and also includes an attached full bathroom.
The updated living room has a Sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress. In all the unit sleeps a maximum of 7 people.

Great for families who play at Gulfshores Sportsplex

The inside of the condo is beautiful! It is so close to everything, like 5 minutes from the ball fields, 10 minutes to Foley, 10 minutes to beaches, and many more attractions. The pool area is wonderful too. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was great and we will be back!

Perfect World Series location

I chose this condo for the location close to the Perfect Game World Series baseball parks . The family exceptional and the condo is super clean with nice pool and bonus room near pool for family get togethers. I had to communicate with our host Opal and it was a pleasure.. very courteous, knowledgeable and prompt! I’d stay here in future trips when coming to gulf shores in a heartbeat! Glad to know about Opal’s condo !

My wife, three girls and I stayed at opal's condo for four days on late May 2023. The condo is located within a short drive to the beach. It is beautiful decorated very clean and quiet. The host Opal was very to reply to any question we had. We highly recommend this condo. Ayala/ McKay family

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores for a winter stay. We enjoyed our condo very much as it was exactly as written up. The owner was very accommodating with a couple of repair issues. I really appreciated how well the unit was supplied with kitchen utensils, cookware and dinnerware etc. For the most part it was a quiet and friendly area.

Perfect Gulf Shores Family Experience

My wife, two kids and I had an amazing time at this property. The amenities were perfect and just like the listing says it was close to the beach and very close to the zoo. We will certainly stay here again the next time we plan on visiting the area. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with family, especially younger kids!

We booked this online months in advance. I was immediately given all the initial information that I needed to fill out. It was paid for in advance. One week prior to my arrival I had detailed driving instructions to make finding my location easier and the day of check in I had the code to get in. The property was clean and nice. I was told before hand there was construction going on for repairs from bad weather. It never bothered us nor was an issue for our stay. The apartment was clean and had a welcome book for guests that had all the information we needed. I needed to change the thermostat while we were there. I notified the manager and she had it done within minutes of my request. The only issue we had is they asked us to park in front of our apartment and most of the time there was not a spot. We did park across from it and it was never an issue but we are rule followers so we were afraid of getting into trouble but it was never an issue. The pool and hot tub area was nice but we only used it once. It was a perfect location for us. It was close to beaches and things to do. Would consider staying again

Great Place to be

Of course we enjoyed our stay due to where we were (the beach). But having a good place to go back to in the evenings was great! I was able to chat with Opal about any concerns or questions and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was awesome. It was just as seen online. Mrs. Opal was very professional and replied quickly to our questions. She has been available to us from the moment we booked our reservations. Great Unit and Location!

We stayed during the PG Baseball World Series. The location is PERFECT as it is very close to both Sports Complexes. Just minutes from beaches, the State Park, The Wharf, mini golf, and other family friendly things to do. The Unit itself was very clean, organized and well maintained. Owner was very responsive and communicative. We had a small issue with the sink and the owner had someone there within a few hours. I can tell the owners take pride in their unit and strive to provide excellent service to renters. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit to other guests. I would rent again, for sure!

We live in North Georgia near Atlanta but we love vacationing in Gulf Shores and have been coming here for years. We finally decided to purchase a property so we could enjoy it more often. We are so glad that we did. Now we want to share this wonderful property with others when we are not able to be there. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Love the quiet neighborhood and out of the way location. Yet still very close to the beach, shops, and dining. Nice to be able to go to the beach during the day and then escape to our peaceful condo in the evening away from the crowds and traffic. If this is what you enjoy then you will love this spacious condo with the updated furnishings and fully stocked kitchen where you can cook your own meals if you don't want to go out.
