Local insalubre, sale et vétuste. IMPROPRE A LA LOCATION!

Très nombreux vis cachés!Le local a besoin de réparations majeures non mentionnées dans le descriptif pour pouvoir accueillir du public;- le local n'est pas étanche car 4 fenêtres cassées et manquantes 1 fenêtre qui ne ferme plus et reste ouverte. Vous dormez avec la pluie, le vent et les moustiques dans le logement! - 2 stores cassés ne ferment pas!- Equipements électriques dangereux: court jus lorsque vous toucher à l'interrupteur lumière (noir de crasse!), cables électriques apparents- murs cloqués par humidité, -Description fausse: Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans le salon uniquement 1 ventilateur.... l'air est malsain- Vétusté avérée de la robineterie ancienne de la salle d'eau qui est piquée par la rouille, siphon douche rouillé. Bac à douche non nettoyé, noir de saleté. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la sale d'eau dans de telles conditions sanitaires. - Porte de la salle d'eau ne ferme pas car elle est cassée..... fenêtre salle de bain cassée (caché par un rideau troué...)- Trous dans le plafond du salon et de la salle d'eau- Local sale! la vaisselle est sale et veillotte. Mugs à café non lavé (café séché au fond de la tasse!) Casseroles grasses elles collent aux mains. Idem pour la plaque de cuisson. Four (noir de crasse); Sous évier état crasseux Il n'y avait pas d'éponge, ni torchons pour pouvoir relaver. La machine à café ne fonctionne pas, etc...- Piscine non nettoyée à notre arrivée. sale et donc inutilisable. Nous n'avons pu l'utiliser.....

Apartment mit einem schönen Garten und Pool

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und versorgt. Der große Garten, Pool und die große überdachte Terrasse würden uns völlig überlassen.Das Apartment war funktional eingerichtet.Wir haben uns seht sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Von hier war es nicht weit zu verschiedenen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Timacabou'Zen

Céline, is a wonderful very welcoming and responsive to our small last minute requests through out our stay. The property has beautiful fruit trees (most planted by our host!) that we were invited to harvest to our desires. I say Timacabou'Zen is home base; a place to rest after a long day of exploring an area of the island of Martinique! The pool makes it all the more enjoyable and we were reminded several times to take advantage of a night swim after a long day😁. This was my second time in Martinique and I must say, this property is in an underrated area of Martinique. Petit Macabou is a small beautiful neighbourghood! You definitly need to rent a car and make sure it is a model that can with stand a bumpy road😉 That area has kept it's raw natural state. The beach is a 5 minutes walk; although not a place to swim; but the view is breath taking and well...ZEN! Situated in the Vauclin, Petit et Grand Macabou are renowned for kite surfing. We drove the entire island (roughly 50 minutes drive dependant of the destination) And decided to spend our last day at Pointe Faula in Vauclin; a 15 minutes drive from Timacabou'Zen. You can walk onto the sea for a good 2 km, with the water only at tigh level. The beach has snack bars and the neighbourhood school happened to have a Friday afternoon gatering! Felt like we were a part of the community I definitly will go back "home" to Timacabou'Zen. Merci Céline ☺️

Un très bon sejour

Logement correct, mais qui pourrait être plus propre. Par contre l’espace autant intérieur qu’extérieur est vaste et plaisant. La piscine est magnifique et à l’usage unique des locataires. Les hôtesses, Céline et ses filles, sont très accueillantes tout en étant discrètes et attentives. La localisation est excellente pour rayonner un peu partout sur l’île. Un très bon séjour au total.

Séjour petit macabou

Très bon accueil et un très bon séjour. De nombreuses attentions de la part de nos hôtes. Céline nous a préparé un repas et des petites courses pour notre arrivée, très jolie attention après un long vol épuisant. Toujours à notre écoute et très serviable. Céline et ses filles sont très gentilles et agréables. Le bien est comme décrit sur l'annonce et très agréable. Merci pour tout.

Très bien

Location très sympa,de belle plages toutes proches. De belles balades à faire le matin sous les arbres le long de la plage. Le logement est simple mais bien. L extérieure avec la piscine et jardin sont un vrai plus. La compagnie des colibris et autres petits oiseaux est très agréable Nous avons passé un agréable séjour .

Tranquillité et bienveillance..

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et aiguillė pour réussir notre séjour...un petit repas nous attendait à notre descente d avion.,et un petit déjeuner le lendemain....une plage idyllique a 3 Minutes a pieds...merci a Céline et ses filles pour leur gentillesse..
