We purchased this house because we knew it was special. We remodeled the inside first and as you cans see in the pictures later the hardscape was redone.
Why they chose this property
Beach close as well as down town Dana Point. You can walk to town, the Ritz, or the Waldorf. A little piece of paradise in our crazy world.
