Charming apartment with Frontenac Castle view.
You have a private entrance with a large staircase that will take you to the apartment where you will find: kitchen with lounge area, dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony with a view of the Château Frontenac.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
In summer, the BBQ is available and the balcony is furnished.
Air conditioning: 2 portable air conditioners (in 2 bedrooms).
Heating: independent for each room in the apartment with its own thermostat.
A water heater is 40 gallons and if there are many of you, you risk emptying it quickly. Wait 1 hour before the water heats up, if you run out of hot water.
A big Smart TV in the living room.
The apartment is decorated for the holidays from December 1 to January 15.

The balcony has exceptional views. You can see the fireworks in August, see the commercial boats crossing the river, see the big cruise ships docked in front and the tons of ice that move in winter.
You are not at the tourist center of Old Quebec, but you are so ready. You are in Levis, the city across from Quebec on the other side of the St. Lawrence, the safest city in North America. You only need 12 minutes to cross the river to be in the tourist center of Old Quebec.
