1st off i would do this again every year.... Jordan is an amazing host and the property is beautiful. In person the views are beautiful and great location 👏. House had everything we needed and Jordan helped with some recommendations on things to do and where to eat
Had trouble locating the property, should have used my navigation system on my car which is powered by Apple but didn’t due to advice I saw to use google maps. That was my mistake. Almost need 4 wheel drive to get there.
Sevierville, pigeon forge, Gatlinburg is like Branson east. Super touristy.
Cabin time was very nice though. Had most everything we needed.
Thanksgiving weekend with our grown kids was such a treat! We stayed 3 nights and truly enjoyed every second. I have to admit that I saw reviews of others warning to arrive in the daylight hours & we just ran late. I now stand with them! So tough to find at night, being new territory & twisting roads - need 4 wheel or front wheel drive, minimum. It was an adventure! Once there, this home really is a treat. Beautiful views & plenty to do even if you stay on site the whole time. Kids went to Gatlinburg 1 day, but it was a madhouse, being Tgiving weekend. We had 7 adults for 3 nights. We were there to visit, catch up & play - had a blast doing so! Thank you to the hosts - who were VERY helpful helping us find the house in the dark! And had the home set up very well.

Very misleading
First off the pics are very misleading. Cabin is very small I mean walk sideways when meeting a person in any room. Beds are absolutely horrible, floor is very squeaky and spongy, downstairs never gets warm and wind blows around the windows. There is a very tiny view through the trees and other cabins so close you can hear the people inside of them. Beware of these facts if you are renting. 2 adult and 3 teens struggled and weren’t even there very much.
The good: This cabin provides everything a family needs for a stay in the Gatlinburg area. Modern kitchen and three beds w two full baths. There are other cabins nearby but this was far better than being near the crowds. Our children enjoyed the game room. Cabin was very clean. View was decent.
The not so good: Air conditioning didn’t work. We had some days in the mid 80s and the cabin warmed into the low 80s. The drive up the hill is not for the faint of heart. There are several 160 degree turns up a 60 degree slope. The skid plate on my truck drug a few times. One day it rained and I would not have gotten up the hill without 4x4 on. A FWD car might make it, but not a 2WD truck.
Overall: I would recommend if you want to stay out of the way and cliff-edge roads don’t bother you.
We had an amazing vacation! Close to Legacy Mountain Ziplines, which was the highlight of our trip. Our boys (13 & 19) loved the game room, and didn’t ever want to leave. Well stocked kitchen. Cozy rooms. Very clean. Dog friendly. What more could you ask for?

It’s a nice place for a few people 7 people was just to many in one place l
We had a good time it was just a long way up to get there and the roads were very narrow for a big truck. The cabin looked bigger on line but the host did tell me that the space was smaller to have three small dogs The beds were nice and the game room was nice the tvs were hard to finger out. The hot tub was very nice. The parking was kind of tight for a big truck. The kitchen was nice and everything in it was great. When we needed blankets for the pullout couch and futon you all sent them up the next day before bedtime. One down was if you were in the bedrooms you could here people walking around above you but over all it was a good stay. We all had a good time
We had a remarkable time ! The cabin was clean , had the kitchen stocked well. We used the game room often, the deck was perfect for our morning coffee….would stay again for sure…
First of all, let me say that the little cabin was absolutely wonderful. It was just big enough for our needs and had a pool table and foosball table for entertainment, along with reasonably fast wifi. The balcony and the accompanying view were both great. The provided grill worked well and we cooked some good meals there. Lastly, whoever did the tile work in the two bathrooms was a real artist. Even the drive up to the place was an adventure with the curvy mountain roads and a full size truck!
Now the reason for the low rating.
We had no power and substantial damage to our town in Louisiana from hurricane Ida in September of 2021. We had existing reservations (for Labor Day weekend - the storm happened the Sunday night prior) so we evacuated to Florida until Tuesday September 7th, when our reservation ran out. At that time we contacted friends at home and heard that we would be without power until at least Friday the 17th. So I booked this cabin from the 7th until the 17th. On the morning of Thursday the 9th (we had arrived late Tuesday night, so were only there two nights at this point) I found out that we had power back at my house and that we would be allowed back into the area. I contacted the property manager, told them of this development and asked if we could cut our visit short. Since it was still early in the morning, I told her that we could be out of the place by noon and that I would even be willing to pay up to Monday so she could get the cleaners in and possibly rent it again for the weekend. She refused to accommodate us or even to give us a credit for unused days. Since I wanted to get at least some use of the place for my money we stayed until Sunday before we headed home. However, I still had to 'eat' the cost for the remaining nights. In their defense, the listing did state that it was 'non-refundable' due to it being a last minute reservation. I would think, though, that extenuating circumstances such as ours (that could be proven with the use of Google maps and an online hurricane tracker - not to mention the photos of our neighborhood) would warrant at least a little bit of leeway. Suffice it to say, despite how perfect the little place was, we will not be going back again.
Great stay! Amazing place. We will definitely come back!
Google maps leads right to the place! The pictures are spot on. Place was clean and as advertised. The cabin is cozy and well decorated! Owner was very responsive to our request for help with overflowing trash. Kitchen well stocked
Overall a charming property high up on the hillside. Took a while to get used to the winding roads but that’s what you get when you want to be high up with a view. Slightly smaller than we thought but it was just the two of us and our small dog so the size didn’t bother us. The living area and kitchen are a bit cozy. Saw fireworks (from Dollywood?) looking out from our balcony for a few nights which was cool. Ate dinner on balcony a few nights which was nice. Plenty of dishes and equipment in the kitchen. Someone should do a “once over” on all the eating and cooking utensils; we washed a few things before (and after, indeed) using some items. Not a big deal, it is a rental property. Bathrooms appeared recently updated. Only used the king bed but it was quite comfy. Hot tub was nice. Pool table was fun. Roku box with all cable channels and someone’s Netflix subscription made watching tv nice. Fire pit in back was nice. Would stay here again.
The cabin was beautiful and clean, had a little trouble getting back to the cabin after it rained because the hilly roads were a little slick but overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely do it again.
We stayed here for Spring break 2021. Drove 10 hours from chicago and stepped into a warm cabin with beautiful night view. Almost glass wall from family room with some great views of pigeon forge and Dollywood. Stayed for 4 nights. Spacious for family of 4 with a medium size dog. Grilled on the patio and made s’mores on the campfire. Great family memories were made here and look forward to coming back.
There are some steep hill climbs in the area. Daylight drives are preferred when getting there for your first night.
This cabin is so nice! The views are amazing and we even got to see fireworks from the deck on New Years! The house is clean with a hot tub and fire pit with great views! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Great experience!!
We came to TN for our anniversary and wanted to be able to bring our pups. The cabin had everything you could think of! It has all the amenities that go with a modern cabin stay. The bathroom was great! The mirror had the interior light so that I could do my make up with is. The shower is very large and tiled beautifully. The interior of the cabin was beautiful with loads of sunlight. TV's worked and we could relax and watch TV/Netlfix/Prime when we wanted to. AC was great! Nice to have a washer and Dryer downstairs. Hot tub worked as well. You can tell they put a lot of thought into this rental property. We had a great time going out a couple times to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg TN, the cabin is perfectly located within 10-15 minutes of both. Our dogs loved the yard while we spent most of our time just relaxing and cooking food.
Check in was very easy.
Directions were sent and it was easy to find the place.
Door code was sent ahead of time and it was correct with no issues.
Property does have two cameras located on the outside. (understandable with such a popular destination area) Does not invade your privacy and was disclosed prior to arrival.
The cabin was clean!
The grill was nice and we definitely used it.
Bring mosquito repellent.
The drive way is steep but at the top it is flat for you to park without worry.. In the winter you would probably need AWD or 4X4
Stay here, you won't regret it.
