Beautiful villa - nice view - large swimming pool - in the baye of Saint Tropez

- Villa on the heights of Les Issambres with direct access to the beaches and the port of San Peire (4 mins, 2 km). Very wooded garden, villa with an authentic charm which has a superb view of the hills.
- Large deep infinity pool
- Villa Modern layout. Very well equipped, it has 4 bedrooms with large double beds including a "Master Suite", 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets.
- Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and living rooms.
- Very quiet area
- Pool heating from May to September (depending on weather)

- Cleaning fee included at the end of the stay, except for the kitchen which must be left very clean (ovens, refrigerator, dishes and dishwasher, as well as in the garden: the Plancha and the barbecue).
- sheets, towels and kitchen towels provided.

- Easy to go to St Tropez by the port shuttle (several times a day).
- Les Issambres: family village with mainly villas and all the amenities you want (beaches, boats, market, restaurants) apart from mass tourism.

Wir hatten einen schönen einwöchigen Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem, was für erholsame Nächte sorgte. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, auch für 8 Personen. Am großen, gepflegten Pool zusammen mit dem Whirlpool verbrachten wir entspannte Stunden. Alles in allem war das Haus in einem tadellosen Zustand, sauber und ordentlich. Wir können absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wonderful villa in a quiet location
Had an amazing week in September 2024. From the initial booking all the way through to our stay, Andre was fantastically helpful, with the booking and advice of where to eat and how to get around the local area. The villa itself is amazing, lovely from the outside with superb gardens (despite the storm we arrived to) and very modern, perfectly clean and well equipped on the inside. The table tennis table was a hit for the (grown up) kids and the kitchen, bbq and hot plate enabled us to have some lovely home cooked meals. Being into September the pool lost its temperature very quickly during the week we stayed, but I guess that is a risk you take at that time of year. The surrounding area is fantastic. Myself and my wife managed to get out running and cycling - although the hill up to the villa was a god challenge each time! - and the choices to eat and visit were plentiful and very good quality. The local beaches were easy to get to by car and offered an alternative to the lovely poolside veranda that we spent hours on relaxing and enjoying the views. Meeting some of the local wild boar on the last evening as we drove back from the restaurant simply made the trip perfect!

Excellent séjour à Les Issambres
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison. L‘acceuil était chaleureux, maison propre, confortable et bien équipée, Endroit très harmonieux qui nous a beaucoup plu. La piscine est top et bien entretenue; notre petit-fils y a appris à nager. Nos voitures étaitent garées dans la rue de l‘impasse sans problème. Un grand merci au propriètaire André pour le beau séjour que nous avons passé dans sa maison.

The best of the Cote d’Azur
Thank you for a wonderful family holiday, Andre. The house and the pool are marvellous. We spent lots of time in the pool, and enjoyed the comfortable air con (in a hot July) and the beautiful views over the valley. Thanks for being so attentive when things needed addressing. We like Les Issambres very much. Elephants beach bar and Fan Fan pizza were excellent but 44 beach bar was not as good in light of the price. We look forward to returning to the Cote d’Azur next year, quite possibly at this villa. Regards, Oliver. PS Sightings of foxes and wild boars on our trip!
