About this property

Bring your water toys, book or bike. There is a shallow water boat dock limited to 23' length, including motor, swim platforms, etc. and parking for your boat trailer. Docking is on a first come, first served basis. Perfect location for boating, hiking, bicycling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, bird watching or just relaxing at the pool. Located on canal between Salt River and Crystal River, you will experience unobstructed views of marsh and estuaries. Walking distance to Twin Rivers Marina. There are many walking trails and Great Florida Birding Trails nearby. Don’t forget your binoculars!
The condos are built on stilts and connected by boardwalks on a tidal marsh. Lots of windows give you opportunities to view marsh and coastal birds.

Quiet Retreat

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL long weekend at this perfect condo! We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, eating at the local seafood restaurants, hanging at the beach, swimming in the pool, reading books on the deck, shopping in the historic district. It was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy the beauty of nature all around us.

Birdwatcher’s Paradise

This is our second time staying at Sawgrass Landing and we just love this location. It’s a great place to bike, run and birdwatch. This lovely unit was nicely renovated after last fall’s storm. Many nice touches with every amenity needed. The deck was perfect for watching birds and sipping coffee. Thanks for sharing your place with us. Loved it!

Great birthday getaway

I picked this property for a quite long weekend for my boyfriend's birthday. The property owner was super nice, answering my questions ahead of choosing the booking. And of course, after booking as well. We enjoyed the surrounding nature and the nearby (very nearby) beach for nightly sunsets. The property was refreshingly clean. The property was stocked with necessities. It was very tastefully decorated. I feel like it is just right for a couples hideaway!

Tarpon fishing and near beach

Fishing trip for tarpon, Near Marina and short trip to lovely beach. Quiet and near all vacation needs. Condo well stocked and nice marsh view. Easy check in and out. Will be back to Crystal River !

Sawgrass Landings

Had a great stay at sawgrass landings! Was a perfect, quaint and quiet place for me and my fiancée to stay. We were able to dock our boat and have our trailer parked there for our entire stay! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everyone was friendly and respectful. The house was spotless and a unique layout. The only thing i will say is there is no blinds so the unit can heat up quite a bit along with it being hard to sleep in the mornings from the bright light. Other than that it was a perfect stay and would love to visit again.

Beautiful scenery and cute unit

We enjoyed our stay! The duplex unit was adorable, well decorated and cozy. You could hear the TV from the other unit through into the living room if it was quiet, but no voices. Guyer's ice cream in town was amazing and all the food was amazing at local restaurants. The owners were easy to communicate with and we had a great stay! We loved Crystal River and hope to come back when it's manatee season. Lots of little perks like q tips, coffee, towels etc. Wondeful long weekend.

Nice place

Unit was very clean and tidy. The Sawgrass complex was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The property was well appointed with many convenient little extras. Tastefully decorated. I would stay here again.

Quiet Piece of Paradise

If you want to get away from it all and unwind, this is the place. A very unique little community surrounded by nature. The unit is very well equipped with everything you can possibly need. Well stocked kitchen including spices. Beach items, lotion, gas grill, the hosts have thought of everything. The bed was very comfortable. Everyone we met was very friendly. The pool was wonderful, there was a beach right at the end of the street and fishing everywhere. Perfect spot to bring your boat and keep it in the water right there on sight. We will definitely return to this hidden gem.

Great place is just right for a couple wanting an extended stay. Very convenient to hiking, kayaking, fishing areas as well as shopping and exploring. So nice, we have already reserved for next year.

Fishing with my son

My son and I were ready for a few days fishing. First of all, the location is centrally located on CR and provides easy access to the whole river. The unit was very clean … I mean like brand new clean with absolutely everything you can think of that you may need. The view is excellent and the people you meet could not have been nicer. Well done and we will return.

Beautiful location, great property

My husband and I chose this condo for our 25th anniversary. It's the perfect size for 2, and the location is excellent! We felt surrounded by nature, yet close to restaurants and activities. Highly recommend kayaking and snorkeling with the manatees! The property is well maintained with a lot of great details-- no need to worry about cookware or beach supplies! The host communicated well before and during our stay with quick answers to any question. The pool is a great bonus. Absolutely would recommend and hope to stay there again!

Dont Book Here

Attempted to bring my family to their property for a long weekend. While unloading Richard used his ring camera to look at us and attempted to kick us out. Richard stated my kids where not welcomed into the property at all. Richard referred to my kids as pets. That they could not enter and there was a “no kids policy”. I looked through the rental agreement and did not find anything that stated “no kids”. I even took a picture of his sign that states 2 adults but again nothing about kids. I would not recommend anyone stay here if you like to be spied on by the owner. I would not recommend anyone that is attempting to enjoy their vacation with their loved ones as Richard will not allow it.
