The property is lovely - this was my 3rd time staying at the property and my first time in this unit. I was there for spring break with my kids, and my husband came up both weekends. I would

My wife and I celebrated our 34th anniversary here. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had a special place. Thank you for availing your property!

Refrigerator never worked and no coffee pot.

The refrigerator never worked the entire stay nor did we have a coffee pot for the coffee maker. The refrigerator also kept leaking water all over the wood floors. When we reached out on the coffee pot they knew it had been broken and didn’t replace it. I contacted Vacasa a dozen times by text and phone and they kept saying they were trying to reach the local manager and we would get a discount on our stay. The local manager finally called an hour after we checked out. Our food was ruined, we had to eat out the whole time and we didn’t have coffee. No discount as of yet. Great unit worst service ever.

Boys Trip

What an Amazing place. The Boy and I decided to go snowboarding at Timberline. Time to bond away from wives. I personally had not boarded on 20 yr. The penthouse had excitable views of Mt Hood. Everything was there you could want to make your own dinners. Each room had it nearly own bath. Definitely will Rent Again!!!

Great space!

The condo was very nice, and we had such a great stay! It was clean and very well maintained! The TV did not work as the connection was not good, and when we called vacasa no one was able to find out where the router was located so we were unable to reset it. Other than that the stay was perfect! Thanks so much!

Dark and Loud

The condo is nice and big. Updated kitchen and huge bathrooms. But the condo is very dark because it spans the entire building length and has small widows only on either side. Also, very noisy bc of the highway right next to it. It was not cleaned well at all, crumbs on the floor and coffee table. Kitchen counter was sticky and not clean.

We had a great view of Mt. Hood. The pool and hot tub was clean and nice to relax in after a long day of hiking. The garage was easy to enter and the elevator made it easy caring food to your condo.

Nice unit but needs maintenance

This is a very nice unit and accommodates up to 7 very well. The kitchen was well stocked and the location is great for walking to restaurants. The unit is starting to show some age and there were server maintenance issues that the property manager should have taken care of before our visit like the door handle to the deck falling to the floor when trying to use it. Tvs not sync’d to remotes, towel bars falling off the wall first use, the AC and furnace needed a reboot (full shut down at breaker) to turn on. As I said, really nice place, would stay again, just hoped the property would be maintmed better.

Like a winter palace. Very comfortable.

Recommendations: It would have been good to get info about the pool being closed and having to make reservations for the hot tub in this time of COVID. We lost power for about eight hours, but made the best of it. There are zero cooking basic ingredients. It would have been nice to have had salt pepper sugar at least. A small variety of spices would have been impressive. Oddly people hoarded the bell carts on Saturday night before checkout. Vacasa should inform guests that these are to be used and returned to the garage. It made the move out challenging to not have a cart. We had a great time otherwise. Very comfortable.

Beautiful Place To Stay

We loved our stay in #403 at the South Grand Lodge at Collins Lake Resort! The place is huge, has a nice view of the mountain from the deck & was perfectly clean, reasonably priced for the stay & had everything we needed!

Luxury Penthouse

Beautiful and spacious penthouse! Big open spaces, large rooms and more than enough bathrooms. The balcony has an incredible view of Mt Hood and the location is great. Loads of on property trails but also super close to town for food and necessities. Can’t wait to come back!
