CASA PALOMA ELEGANTE TROPICAL HOUSE IN PIPA - CLOSE TO THE CENTER AND SEA

Welcome to CASA PALOMA located on a plot of 2700 m2 between 5 and 7 minutes walk from the center of Pipa and its beaches.

The villa is quiet with a great view of the coconut trees and will offer every evening a spectacular sunset. Double 18mX2,50 of beautiful infinity pool and 9mX3.

CASA PALOMA is born in October 2015, it is tastefully decorated, combining elegance and tropical mind inviting you to travel.
It has 5 suites and 2 bedrooms.

The main house consists of 2 suites (bedroom with queen size bed, four poster bed), one of the 2 suites has an adjoining bedroom (alcove) with 2 single beds.
And a room with a double bed.
Each suite has a waxed concrete bathroom made by local artisans, walk-in shower.
A TV lounge, a kitchen, billiards area, a library area and a large living room overlooking the infinity pool.

A wooden bridge over the pool takes you to the main kiosk consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, dining room, TV room and bar area with BBQ.

In the garden are located 3 independent bungalows each consisting of a sleeping area, 2 bungalows with queen size bed and 1 bungalow 2 separate single beds that can be joined, a large closet, a bathroom and a terrace with hammock.

All suites, rooms and bungalows are equipped with air conditioning and benefit from high quality bedding.

For your sporting moments, CASA PALOMA offers a pool of 18 mx 2.50 m (lap pool). No more excuses for not doing lengths!
and your fun times another pool area ... relaxation guaranteed!
After the pool, you can reach the Zen Kiosk for your moments of relaxation.

For your leisure time, you can choose between the bowling green (equipped with projectors for play even in the evening) for petanque, a game of pool or table football in the Game Shop, or badminton and beach volleyball.

CASA PALOMA has internet (fiber optic wifi) as well as satellite TV (European channels including TV5 Monde and American), a large car park.
Towels (changed every 5 days), sheets changed once a week, pool towels (not to leave the house) are provided as well as a maintenance service of the daily common areas of the house and pool.
A bus stop (beaches) is 50 m from the entrance of the house.

A couple of caretakers, Selma and Francisco live in a house we put at their disposal at the entrance of the property. Selma will be able to prepare the breakfast table (which you have planned) and maintain the common areas. Francisco will take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden.
You can agree with Selma additional services (fees to be determined with it).
Possibility of a cook on request surcharge.

We ask you to respect the usual rules of good education and laws in force in Brazil.
Thank you to please turn off the lights in rooms, parties, common pool, and air-conditioning when you are absent.
The house has security lighting in the garden and common areas that turn on and off in a programmed manner.

1 / Our local administrator, Fabrice, who is also a close friend, will welcome you upon your arrival at Casa Paloma and will be happy to provide you with all the help you need to organize your activities and outings during your stay:
Outings in buggy, quad ride, surf lessons or kite (Fabrice and his children are surfers!), boat trip, selection of restaurants, etc ... etc ...
2 / A couple of caretakers, Selma and Francisco live in a house that we put at their disposal at the entrance of the property. Selma maintains the communal areas and Francisco the pool and the garden, unless otherwise instructed by you.

The promotional price of € 250 / night on weekdays and € 350 / night on weekends in low season is for 8 people. Above 8 people, the additional price per night and per person is € 35.

Great generational family destination

Great stay for multiple generations of our family. Plenty of space and privacy. Location great with a quick 10 min or less walk to downtown. Chef (extra cost) was fantastic for a reasonable price. Just missing a hot tub :)

Ótima hospedagem e casa maravilhosa

Recomendo a casa Paloma. Tivemos ótimos dias lá. Destaque para toda atenção da proprietária Dominique que mesmo à distância mantém todo zelo com o grupo hospedado. A casa fica a 5 minutos do centro de Pipa, totalmente acessível. Voltaremos em breve!

Nossa estadia foi muito boa, porém a casa não é tão perto da rua principal e falta servico de pessoas, nois chegamos e não tinha ninguem pra ajudar a tirar as malas do carro, nao tinha ninguem pra receber a gente, faltou pessoas para ajudar a levar as coisas pro carro pra ir embora. A casa é muito boa, mas após as 22h00 não pode fazer barulho algum, nem conversar alto pois os vizinhos reclama. Então se voce pensa em ir pra escutar musica ou fazer algo animado, esqueça. A casa é muito boa, muito espaçosa e a JOSI cozinheira se garante muito ( mas voce paga a parte).

CASA SENSACIONAL PARA CURTIR EM FAMILIA E AMIGOS

Agradecimento em especial ao Willian que é o administrador da casa que nos tratou muito bem e nos ajudou muito e compras de pescados. Nieli cozinheira nos atendeu muito bem e satisfez todos os nossos pedido e a parte que mais gostamos foi a disposição dela para nos ajudar em todas as compras, tal como, cerveja, mercado, frutas, carnes. Tem todos os contatos. Uma semana muito feliz na Casa Paloma. Selma moradora na entrada també é uma pessoa muito bacana. Monica que fez a limpeza tem muita confiança e agilidade no serviço. Indico sempre. Obrigado.

Enchanting tropical villa

We had a fantastic time during our stay on the Casa Paloma! The property is really comfortable and nicely decorated throughout. There is good care and attention in every single detail, from the themed bungalows to the beautifully maintained garden. It is a perfect property to spend holidays in a large group of family and friends. It offers great spaces to socialise, with a very well equipped external kitchen and BBQ area, facing the 18m x 9m pool with infinite border, alongside privacy, if needed, in the individual bungalows and the main house. The entertainment options are great too - there is something for everyone: swimming pool, lounging area, snooker table, table football, reading on the hammocks, open plan kitchen for cocktails by the pool, cable TV, fast internet, etc. We were overwhelmed as we entered Casa Paloma as it looks even better than on the photos and video Dominique shared with us. Communication was great from the beginning, Dominique, William (the local representative), Dani (the cook, who prepared extremely tasty local dishes) were very friendly and helpful. We loved waking up to the beautifully decorated breakfast table, full of tropical fresh fruits. Everyone made sure we were well looked after. We had an excellent and relaxing stay. All my family and friends said they would definitely recommend Casa Paloma to anyone looking for a special villa in Pipa beach. Thanks Dominique for providing us such a great time at the house! We all hope to stay there again in the future :-).

Ótima estadia. Recomendamos!

Estivemos em família na Casa Paloma, um grupo de 15 pessoas. Passamos 5 noites e nossa estadia na casa foi muito agradável. A vista dos coqueirais é maravilhosa e ainda fomos brindados com algumas noites de lua cheia. Dominique foi muito atenciosa, tendo nos orientado durante todo processo desde o momento da escolha da casa até o dia de nossa saída, buscando atender nossas solicitações. Chegando à casa, fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Fabrice que a representava. A casa principal é muito boa, espaçosa e possui duas grandes suítes, cada uma com um quarto adjacente. Os 03 chalés também são suítes, bem projetadas e com mobiliário de bom gosto. As roupas de cama e banho são de qualidade e muito limpas. Tudo muito bem organizado. Na cozinha há os utensílios necessários a uma temporada. O estacionamento é bem espaçoso e provavelmente não será necessário utilizar o carro para sair. A casa tem muitas opções de lazer e fica próxima ao centro, sendo a curta caminhada até lá um adorável passeio. Durante nossa estadia tivemos necessidade de suporte técnico, sobretudo, após a noite de uma forte chuva. O suporte nos foi fornecido pelo William, que aliás, nos deu toda atenção durante todos os dias, nos atendendo prontamente e providenciando, inclusive, pães para o nosso café da manhã. Assim, ficam os nossos agradecimentos a toda equipe da Casa Paloma. Recomendamos e voltaríamos com certeza! Família Germano

Maravilhosa!

Estadia muito agradável!!

A casa é muito boa, tem toda a estrutura necessária, oferece muito conforto e os ambientes são muito agradáveis. Tudo foi muito fácil de resolver com a prontidão e eficiência do William e da própria Dominique, que esclareceu todas as dúvidas necessárias e passou muita confiança. A casa fica próxima do centrinho, é possível ir a pé tranquilamente. Eu recomendo e iria novamente numa outra oportunidade. Nota 10!

Casa Super!

Casa maravilhosa, ambiente excelente. Quartos com camas ótimas com boa roupa de cama. Cozinha com todos os utensílios de qualidade. Caseiro super receptivo e atencioso. O que deixou à desejar foi o cozinheiro e a faxineira indicados pelos proprietários (Frans e Mônica) que não atenderam a nossa expectativa. O cozinheiro era muito básico, serviu apenas como ajudante de cozinha e a faxineira não atuou como tal. Como sugestão sugiro estabelecer uma descrição de tarefas a serem designadas pela faxineira apenas para alinhar as expectativas com as duas partes. No mais, todos adoraram a estadia e o local. Recomendo sim a casa. Mas não recomendo os serviços das duas pessoas contratadas.

La mejor casa en la que nos hospedamos !

Nos hospedamos con toda la familia en la casa Paloma durante 4 noches en el mes de agosto de 2017. Eramos 12 adultos y 2 niños. Es una casa de ensueño, sin dudarlo la mejor en la que me he hospedado. Los dueños de la casa, Dominique y Olivier, muy cordiales y completamente predispuestos a resolver cualquier inquietud. Los representantes William y Fabrice siempre a disposición, y el servicio de Selma implacable, ya que estuvo en todos los detalles del servicio en la casa durante nuestra estadía. Si vas a Pipa y hay disponibilidad en la casa Paloma, no lo dudes, te vas a quedar con la boca abierta al conocerla. Tenés en ella todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía inolvidable.

Perfeito!!

Além das expectativas, difícil de achar um outro lugar igual a esse. Quando chegamos, a primeira coisa que pensei foi: muito melhor do que as fotos. Além da casa em si, o atendimento e trato dos proprietários foi perfeito. Tudo como combinado. O pessoal de suporte da casa (administrador, cozinheira e faxineira) também foram muito atencioso e prestativos e cumpriram o combinado. Esperamos voltar em breve e indico para todos que conheço.

Maravilhoso

Conhecemos o casal, proprietário da Casa Paloma, antes mesmo de nossa hospedagem e fomos muito bem tratados. A casa é linda, bem cuidados e muito aconchegante. Acomodou com muito conforto, nosso grupo de 14 pessoas. Mesmo a caminhada até a rua principal da vila ( cerca de 15 minutos) acabou tornando- se divertida. Nós e nossos filhos, simplesmente adoramos. Uma das melhores férias de nossas vidas. Muito obrigado, Dominique.

A casa é simplesmente perfeita!!

Recomendo com certeza! Exatamente como nas fotos. Fiz uma surpresa para minha familia e eles ficaram encantados, nem queriam sair de casa rsrs. Otima localização, pudemos apreciar o pôr do sol, natureza. Tem tudo oq precisa, rica em detalhes. Espaçosa. Lugar tranquilo. Acomodações aconchegantes. Muuuito linda!! Willian, Fabricio e Celma super atenciosos,prestativos e sempre dispostos. O único problema foi ter q ir embora! Espero poder voltar mais vezes. Obrigada!!

Ambiente incrível

A Casa Paloma possui uma ótima estrutura. Os quartos são agradáveis, a piscina é muito boa (um pouco funda), a área para churrasco é perfeita e as opções de diversão (sinuca, totó, bocha e outros) também foram bem aproveitados! O atendimento também foi perfeito. Recomendo.

bonita casa em Pipa!

Ficamos na csa com família de oito pessoas.(Somos estrangeiros) gostamos muito! Casa é nova e linda! tem bastante coisas na casa.piscina,e muitos jogos.grande jardim.e natureza! muito amigável para criancas e amimais.
