High season minimum rental of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

The house Ginesta is the first house of the Montgrí complex that we find when we enter the street. It is a corner house with a courtyard in front and a garden area around it. The interior access is through sliding glass doors and fully folding aluminium exterior doors to let in the light and freshness of the street.

The whole house is exterior except for the bathroom. The house has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds). The dining room and the kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar.

Additional information
The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards.

Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).

Price of bed linen rental: 10€ per bed.
Towel rental (one hand towel and one bath towel): 5€ per person.
Cot rental price: Subject to availability. Free of charge.

Appréciation sur la réservation

La maison ne disposait pas d un confort de vacances. Très peu de vaisselle qui de plus n était pas du tout hygiénique. Dans la salle de bain : un grand manque d hygiène avec de la moisissure dans la douche avec des remontées d égout. Maison non recommandée pour les vacanciers.

Séjour agréable

Maison agréable seule manque des volets aux chambres afin de garder la fraîcheur. Beaucoup de sites à visiter aux alentours avec la plage à 15 minutes à pied. Par contre les nuits de la première semaine furent bruyantes

Goed voor gezinnen

Heel leuk huisje voor een gezin. Werden heel goed ontvangen en zelf met onze wensen werden rekening gehouden. Er waren hier en daar wat dingen versleten. Maar dit werd netjes aangeven. Voor de rest een fijn huisje.

Idéalement situé et quartier calme

L'appartement était grand et pratique avec toutes les commodités. Idéalement situé pour les déplacements à vélo pour se rendre à la plage et au centre. Très bon accueil d Enrique .Je conseille vivement.

+ruhige lage,da in sackgasse und nur wenige autos fuhren +schnell am Strand u.in der Stadt -sehr altes Mobiliar,was klebte(Teller,Schranktüren,Besteck, Türgriffe...)und tlws.auch defekt war(Küchenschrank,Gartenstuhl,Wäscheleine) -sehr alte Betten und Matratzen -Kleiderschrank stank.Kleidung aufhängen war unmöglich -sehr dünne Wände.Nachbarn waren immer zu hören

Très beau séjour en Catalogne

La maison correspond totalement aux photos. Dans un quartier calme à proximité de la plage. La maison dispose d'un jardin avec barbecue et d'une terrasse ombragée. La ville est jolie et il y a beaucoup de jeux pour enfants. Si vous cherchez un endroit familial c'est parfait. On peut circuler facilement à vélo car il y a des pistes cyclables.

il manquait le soleil...fin octobre, un peu normal.

Agréable séjour à Empuriabravia dans une jolie petite maison dans une quartier calme. Accueil très chaleureux, Enric est très sympa. Idéale pour une famille avec deux enfants. Avec le temps qui n'était pas au RDV, nous avons eu un eu froid. Région magnifique avec beaucoup de ballades : Cadaquès, Géronne, Escala, etc...
