The building offers a secure, self-check-in lobby with elevator. Once inside the unit, you can enjoy a wide open floor plan that includes a spacious laundry room with washer/dryer/utility sink/additional cabinets; an updated half bath; a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter top with breakfast bar; a dining area that can seat up to all 13 people; and last but not least a spacious living room with high end furniture including TWO sofa beds (sleep 3) and a gas fireplace for those colder nights; along with an entertainment system that the whole family can enjoy. Step out to the top floor, private balcony with sliders off the living room for that gorgeous, unobstructed view of the sunset on the bay water!!

The sleeping quarter includes 3 very spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom offers king bed with a twin roll-out bed (sleep 3) and sitting area, along with a private bath with upgraded marble countertop vanity, standing shower, AND a Jacuzzi tub. There is also another slider off the master bedroom providing access to the balcony with water view of the bay as well. The second hall full bath also offers upgraded vanity with a bathtub. Second bedroom has 2 queen bed (sleep 4). Third bedroom has a full on full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleep 5) along with additional seating area. Both second and third bedroom along with front balcony offer partial water view of the ocean!! All rooms have their own 50 inches Smart TVs with Comcast cable TV and streaming Netflix service.

Beach essentials including beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, floats, and many other beach accessories are available for rent on-site for your convenience to enhance your experience. Our place is equipped with everything you and your family need for that perfect vacation!

2) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one big beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories, and sand toys (damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)

***Grilling is not permitted in the unit and community per OCMD fire code

***High school seniors (at least 18 years of age) during senior weeks are welcomed.

Amazing condo, host was fantastic

We stayed here for a cheer competition with our family and the place is beautiful. Perfect location, the condo was spotless and we had more than enough room. Pictures does this place no justice it’s way bigger in person and the rooms were so spacious. We will be booking again when we return to OC Maryland.

Great Family Stay

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay with our parents between Christmas and New Year’s. The property was clean and quiet. We brought our own utensils and such to cook our meals, but it was not necessary as the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for our crew which totaled 8 at one point.

Pristine condo right near the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean and even more spacious than we expected. You can’t beat the location. It’s a quick walk across the street to the beach, and Fish Tails is located on the other side of the building, which was very convenient for dinner! We would definitely stay here again!

This vacation condo was very well kept and convenient. The very spacious condo fit my large family of ten comfortably and was conveniently surrounded by restaurants and attractions for the entire family. The beach was a short walk away . We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

A family vacation

It is a beautiful property and awesome location. The sunrise and sunset views are breathtaking. Pool is small, cold and there are a few minor issues with doors making noises, bathroom flushing so loud and dusts under couches- but nothing major. We had a great stay.

Our one night stay was great! The space has been used so well and everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. We all agreed that we wished we had booked an additional night. The location is perfect with a wonderful view of the beach and bay, too! One thing that I would suggest is asking the condo company or property manager to salt around the property and the walk ways to the rooms because I slipped on black ice! Luckily, I did not get hurt and it made a funny story. I just worry if that were an older person it would have been a different story. The experience was great and we hope to stay here again!

Great place! Everything was very clean. Location was great. We were there for bike week so it was the perfect location being across the street from fish tales. Would love to see high top table and chairs for outside. Would stay here again!

Best Beach Vacation Ever!!

My family absolutely loved staying at Beach Paradise IV!! It was super clean, and super close to the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen and dining room had everything we needed to enjoy sit down family meals, which during covid was super important to us!! The pool was the perfect size for the kids take a dining the late afternoon after coming home from the beach! And Kim, our host, responded to any questions we had instantly!! Thank you again Kim, we had a great vacation!!

Perfect spot for bachelorette party!

Very spacious condo! Plenty of room for a group of ladies! The property was easy to access and 2 blocks from the beach. Listing said 2 pull out sofa bed in living room but one was broken and we found an air mattress to use. We did rent our linens and bath towels but there were no extra blankets or kitchen towels to do dishes with. (Also no baking sheet) The front two bedrooms were very spacious for bunking up but the windows just had blinds that let a lot of light in and you could hear quite a bit of noise from the street. Overall I would recommend the properly with knowing I’d have to bring a few more items from home to make it more usable. A small side note we couldn’t get Netflix or the Wii to work on the rainy night we stayed in the remotes either didn’t go to this house or something was kinda funky.
