Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home provides just what a family needs for a fun getaway on the Cape Neddick peninsula. A few minutes walk to both Short Sands Beach (5 min) and Long Sands Beach (10 min) . You will feel right at home with all of the comforts you are looking for between two amazing beaches with endless options for dining and activities!

Comfort and fun were top of mind when creating this space. Each bedroom contains top of the line mattresses and the sleep sofas are premium inflatable air mattresses. We offer a wide array of "extras" for your comfort. i.e beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pails and shovels and a wagon to take all your gear to the beach! For your little ones, we have some of the essentials such as a high chair (straps to kitchen chair), single stroller and a Pack n Play

Fall Beach Trip

Great location. We walked to both beaches, the restaurants and shops every day. The home was more than big enough for six adults. It was clean, organized and had enough space for all our stuff. Our favorite gathering space was the large living room looking out onto the deck; with the french doors opened, some were in watching TV while others were out sipping coffee (or cocktails) and yet all part of the same conversation. The kitchen, the laundry room and the garage had everything we needed. The bedrooms were good size but needed privacy curtains to block out street lights and street walkers (ie: there are sheer curtains on the balcony sliding doors); also needed mirrors, waste bins, and wall hooks for drying extra bath towels. My family would definitely visit this home again.

Wonderful week!

The house is in a great location. Walkable (even w small children) to both Short Sands & Long Sands. It was wonderful to have access to the wagon, beach umbrella & chairs. The outside shower was great for rinsing off after beach and the deck was equipped with nice patio furniture. The living space was spacious for 6 adults and 1 child. The bedrooms were very nice and we appreciated the AC in bedrooms on the one or two nights it was needed. All in all, great house!

Beautiful home in a location!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. There was a great deck for enjoying dinner at home, ample space inside to spread out on rainy days, and comfy bedrooms for all 6 of us. The walk to Short Sands was so quick even our 2 year old could do it. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

A fine stay in a lovely house

The house is spacious, sunny, and very well equipped (except the host does not supply sheets, blankets or towels). It was an easy walk to the beach or into town. Jeff was responsive to requests and helpful. If we are in York again we would be happy to stay here another time.

Women’s Weekend

This was a great place for our Women’s Weekend. We travel each year and this was the perfect time of year to come. The location was within walking distance of Short Sands Beach and Nubble Lighthouse. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was the fact that the double doors heading out to the deck were difficult to lock. We contacted the property manager and he got back to us right away. I would definitely return.

Family Vacation

We were repeat renters. This was our second year vacationing here. The house is very clean and comfortable. The location is great since it is walking distance to both Short Sands and Long Sands beaches. Look no further for your rental !

Serenity by the Sea Indeed!

Look no further, RENT THIS HOUSE!! Definitely echoing the other reviewers, it indeed is a sparkling clean home. It has everything you need and more, our home away from home. Kitchen is fully stocked, icemaker in the freezer, laundry - all supplies that were provided were more than adequate for a week's stay! Bring your own sheets and towels, which was not difficult at all! From the first sit down on the clean, comfortable furniture to having a serene breakfast on the patio, to feeling the ocean breeze through the windows at night, what a peaceful, beautiful home to spend a week. We were even able to squeeze in some early morning yoga on the upstairs deck, with the warm sunrise on your face. Jeff is a gracious host and so quick to communicate with. The only downside was that we had to leave at the end of the week. A simply perfect place to spend a week in Vacationland!

Family Getaway

We came to Maine for our daughter’s baby shower. Our stay fast became an amazing family vacation, mainly due to the location and comfort of this home. The interior photos don’t do it justice. It is open, sparkling clean, smartly decorated and perfectly comfortable. The short walk to the beach was heaven. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much!

A perfect place to stay!

We had such a good time on our short trip to York Beach! This house is the perfect location for a group of people and it’s so close to everything! My husband and I enjoyed the short walk to the brewery and walk into town. The house is adorable and owner was very accommodating.

Fantastic Stay in York

This house is in walking distance of short sands which is fantastic for families! We stayed for a week with our kids 14, 4, 1.5 years and we had a great stay. House is large, clean, kid friendly, great outdoor space. We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to book again for next year. We used both decks everyday, the only comment I can make is (and its not negative) just an observation b/c I used the the upstairs balcony several times is there are birds nests with baby birds in the awning so be careful not to use it (Mama bird will not come feed them if you're on the balcony)! Also Jeff is a fantastic host ~ my son forgot a bottle of medicine in the fridge and Jeff went above and beyond to get it back to us ~ thank you for such a terrific stay!

Cape Neddick weekend

The owner was very helpful and answered all questions promptly. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a short walk to the beach The home was spacious and very clean. I would definitely book this home again.

Beautiful Home - clean, comfortable and spacious

The house was better than we expected. The second living room with a sleep sofa was a bonus space for our teen aged son. The house was clean and comfortable and well equipped with beach items. Due to COVID we cooked at home and found the kitchen less equipped than we would have liked but they had the basics covered and I am sure will add to kitchen items over time. We would definitely love to return to this property! The location was convenient, the owners responsive and our stay was very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Ideal house, ideal host!

From the early stages of planning through to the follow up after our trip, Jeff was the consummate host. The entire process was seamless. Jeff was responsive to our questions and needs and graciously prepared his beautiful home to comfortably welcome our family. The house was immaculate, with tasteful furnishings and impressive upgrades. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. The walk to the beach is short and pleasing, allowing flexibility for everyone traveling with us. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and I felt safe and comfortable with my two young children. Great stay in Cape Neddick-York

We loved our stay here. Beautiful home which was recently remodeled and has lots of charm. The home was very clean and well equipped. The location was great being between 2 beaches and close to the York Boardwalk area and Nubble Lighthouse. Close to everything yet in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The rental process was extremely easy-Thank you Jeff and family for helping make our vacation so great.
