La seule chose à déplorer, c'est que les rails de tentures sont détachées à plusieurs endroits, don c'était dangereux de vouloir les fermer.

Het appartement was proper en netjes, maar de zetel!
De zetel die er stond was zeer oud en het leder bijna weggesleten, de stukjes hingen aan je kledij en de grond lag er vol van. Dit vonden we erg, ok, we hadden een hond mee, maar dit hadden we nog nergens gezien zo’n versleten model. Ook qua bestek , weinig, borden, tassen, glazen geen voor wijn, …

Mini Apartment in Strandlage
Wir haben uns für ein Wochenende für die kleine Wohnung anhand der Bilder des Vermieters und der Lage der Wohnung entschieden. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben unmittelbar Meer. Das Apartment war nur leider nicht das was uns auf den Bildern der Anzeige gezeigt wurde. Das war etwas ärgerlich, es gibt auch keinen Hinweis das es sich um Beispielbilder handelt. In der Regel entscheidet man sich ja auch anhand der Bilder. Das sollte dann schon übereinstimmen mit der tatsächlichen Unterkunft. Der Vermieter hat anscheinend noch mehrere Wohnungen in diesem Objekt, die auch zu unterschiedlichen Preisen angeboten wurden. Schade ist, das man hier etwas getäuscht wird. Die Wohnung war auch leider nicht richtig sauber, es lagen an mehreren Ecken Haare auf dem Boden und es war allgemein sehr staubig. Die separate Toilette war leider überhaupt nicht geputzt. Das am Schlafzimmer angrenzende Badezimmer mit Dusche war in Ordnung und sauber. Dringend erneuert beziehungsweise ausgetauscht gehört das Bett, welches total durchgelegen ist und beide Personen immer in die Mitte rollen. Für Personen die nicht gut mobil sind ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, denn das Bett füllt das komplette Schlafzimmer aus, sodass knapp 25-30 cm bleiben um sich am Bett vorbei ins Badezimmer zu quetschen. Positiv ist der Balkon von dem man das Meer sehen kann. Leider muss man festhalten dass das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt.

appartement petit mais propre moderne et bien situé par contre canapé de salon a changé en urgence trés trés inconfortable et manque couverts(pas de couteau a viande...seulement "3petit couteaux inox ..3 petites cuilléres ..etc revoir en urgence le nombre et la qualité des couverts pour le reste tout est OK
