Excellent location
From the beginning to the end this experience was great. The host communicated well, the house was clean and comfortable and the location was great to get to popular activities.

Very nice place
I would like to have given this place a 5* as it is a great location and pleasant, adequate space. The general living space, bedding, toilets, showers and kitchen were all cleaned well. However, with the amount of dust and cobwebs behind doors, window shades, toilets, pedestal sink, on the edges of steps, on light fixtures, ceiling fan blades and bathroom vents, I just can't give a 5 for overall. They wanted a 5 and even sent cleaners back in to clean on our 2nd day there while we were gone, but they only cleaned the ceiling fan blades and a few other places, the clear glass globes over the kitchen island, backs of doors and behind the window shades were still untouched. I think the owner has good intent, but needs to find different cleaners! It had been quite hectic getting away during harvest, so I hadn't checked for the email with check-in information that they had earlier told me would be sent. When we arrived at the address, my assumption that I had access to the lock code and instructions was incorrect. I messaged through the app with no reply, searched online for a number to call with no answer and ended up waiting about 20 minutes in our van wondering what to do next before I received a text from someone with the instructions. They were apologetic and very helpful at that point. Just make sure you have heard from them before you go. There is no table/chairs at this location so we brought in the wicker coffee table from the patio to play cards. There were 4 barstools at the counter for eating, but they are not very comfortable for sitting more than just the time it takes to eat. So for a rental that sleeps 12, if you plan to be in the home to watch a movie or sit and chat for any amount of time, there is very limited comfy seating. There is a k-cup coffee maker on the counter and another full pot coffee maker in the cupboard below. There is also plenty of pots and pans, nice dishes. The toaster works, but don't plan on thick bread/bagels as it is very small. There was plenty of dish/hand/laundry/body soap, paper towels and toilet paper. There was no code for the garage door opener, so someone had to go around to the front door, through the house to open the garage door from the inside. Because of this and the fact that the living area is up a flight of stairs from the entrance, this property would not work for people with limited mobility. We slept well and very much enjoyed our stay. The owners are very pleasant to deal with.

Group vacation
The property is new. Clean and well maintained. Great communication with the owner. There is literally bare bones in supplies so bring everything from blow dryers and spices for cooking. Plenty of towels and there are plates and utensils in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. You cannot walk to Broadway. You will need to Uber or drive.
