Summary:
Incredible views of Mt. Leconte and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park await! This condo sits only 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! This condo is completely brand new inside and renovated from top to bottom! This studio condo features a queen bed and a futon (couch) along with a full bathroom! The kitchen is complete with appliances, granite countertops, and subway tile! The complex offers indoor and outdoors pools, hot tub, gas grills, arcade room, washer/dryer.

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
The indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed due to repairs. They are working hard to finish these repairs asap, but we do not have an updated completion date at this time.

Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

The fireplace is wood burning. We do not provide firewood. The condo complex provides firewood seasonally with no set days.

Coffee maker is a Keurig. (Bring K Cups)

Wonderful!!!

The view is indescribable. The condo is so cozy. If you’re looking for just a small, homey stay with a beautiful view, book this one now. Wood fireplace, large tv, WiFi included and private balcony. Myself, my husband & our 4 year old loved our stay. Futon for the little & queen size bed for ourselves. Studio condo.

Nice remote place!

If you want a nice view and quiet place to stay this is your place. It was affordable, clean, and cozy. The only drag was the drive up and down the mountain which isn’t too bad. Perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Closer to Gatlinburg of course, which you can see downtown and all of the lights at night.

Summer getaway

We had a great stay. We were on the second floor in the back with a balcony and had great views of the city below. We got to see a few bears at the property. I'll try to get some pics posted on Google reviews. Great views of the morning sunrise coming up over the mountains. Just note the main road(approximately 3ish miles to get up to the condos is very steep and a lot of sharp curves so be sure you have a vehicle to handle it. The listing said "with hot tub" in title, but there was no hot tub unless it's a whole complex use on the property somewhere. There was a pool towards the entrance, but it's small and was usually full with little ones. The person in charge of the rental did send a couple text messages to check in and make sure everything was going well. Would stay again if we make our way back to TN. Thanks for the experience!

Perfect for two!!

We stayed two nights at this studio. The views are breathtaking and we spent a lot of time on the porch just relaxing! We even saw a bear come out of the woods and head for the dumpster! We were very happy to be on the second floor. Neighbors are close by.

Perfect little getaway spot

This property was just as pictured and described. It was the perfect little getaway spot tucked just up the mountainside for my husband and I. The condo is near the top of a mountain and the roads to get there are both very narrow and steep. You’re about 8-10 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and about 15-20 mins from Piegon Forge. Taking off one star for cleanliness as the spare pillows in the closet both had stains on them & the blinds in the bay window were broken. However, for the overall condo, view and location you can’t beat the price!

Unreal view of Mt. LeConte/ Unreal drive

The condo itself was exactly how it is pictured and the view is too die for, the bathroom was a little dirty upon check in but nothing a few wipes didn’t take care of. Our only con to this trip was the drive up, while AWD is very much essential you can make it up with a normal car as well. Be aware the the drive up and down feels like a lane and a half and there are no guard rails so for us it felt a little too overwhelming especially with other cars on the road. We ended up only enjoying + staying one night out of our three just on not wanting to risk driving up the steep mountain. And while they don’t offer refunds, they do have plenty of other options if you have a fear of heights! But, if you don’t mind the drive or like a little adrenaline this is the stay for you!

Gorgeous Views!

This was my husband’s first time in the mountains, and it did not disappoint. Can’t say enough about this beautiful property! It was cozy, beautifully decorated, and quiet! The views were spectacular from both inside and outside the condo! This was hands down the easiest process we have ever had with checking in and out. We will most definately be back!

A site to see!

The property was updated, cute and very cozy. The view from the balcony is a must-see for anyone on the fence in regards to booking. We would love to come back and visit.

towel issue

On vacation and not happy that we were expected to wash our towels and washrags. On vacation do not want to sit around laundromat waiting for them. Did bring more towels but no washrags so used dish rags.

Great for small family and picture taking!

The condo was perfect for my son, granddaughter and myself.. The view is amazing, and being an amateur photographer my son loved picture taking. The 2 day snow was especially beautiful. We plan to return when possible.

Beautiful View - Simple Accommodation

The view from the balcony is stunning. The condo has just what you need and is perfect if you plan to be out and about. I have to agree with other reviews that note that the place appeared “dusty”, but I was mostly able to ignore it. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great view and relatively less expensive stay in Gatlinburg. Just make sure to take the turns on the mountain slow!

The view was absolutely stunning but we didn't like how dusty the place was. Very dirty and dusty. The cabinets were not closing properly and it just didn't impress us. The photos are way better than reality. Also it was very loud when the doors were opened because of traffic and Ober Gatlinburg close by. We agreed we wouldn't stay again.

Overall great experience on top of the smokies

Booked this place for a quick getaway from the busy city and we definitely had one of the best experience in many years of traveling. This building is located on the top of the mountains, not for the faint hearted when driving narrow roads up hill. The unit is on the 2nd floor and has a magnificent view of the mountains during the day and some city lights during the night. The bed was super soft and comfortable almost making us just want to stay in bed the whole day, missing all the exciting attractions this city has to offer. The kitchen's fully equipped and the place is just nicely decorated. Will definitely come back, probably best when the trees still have leaves on them for the perfect fall vibes. 🍁🍂
