House wonderful....son and daughter visited for couple of nights and there was plenty of room! Very clean and had a great family feel...not hotel-like! Great purchase!! Thank you!!
There was a problem with the dishwasher and a delay to replacing it because of a part. But property management kept me updayed on status and even reimbursed some of my rental payment.
There were beautiful views, but the drive was really steep.

Liked: Location
Good location.
We left the pots/pans/dishes cleaner than we found them. Some minor repairs needed with floor molding. Door locking mechanism is tough to figure out.
Overall, enjoyable.
Beautiful property with view of the lake. There is a steep incline to get down to the walking trail which may no be suitable for people with limited mobility. Property is split into upstairs and downstairs rental. We stayed in the downstairs portion. Kitchen seemed to well equipped minus a coffee make, but we contacted the manager and they dropped off a coffee maker the next day. Property was pretty much as listed. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back again one day.

We had a wonderful stay.
We had a wonderful stay. We were able to cook there without a problem and spread out inside. We came for the outdoor activities and the weather was perfect for those. The master bath could have been in better shape and I discovered that the cover on the dishwasher detergent dispenser was blocking the detergent from being dispensed as it did not open when it was supposed to and that could have led to soiled dishes if I had not caught it day one. Also I think the advertisement should indicate that the pool and carpet golf have extra fees like the boats do. We have been in places there before where the fees were covered in the rent. We got very good service in being told that our first rental would not work out but you had already found us a replacement. The replacement was better than the original. We were contacted when we arrived to make sure we had all that we needed. The questions we had were answered immediately. We normally use VRBO but will contact you directly next time.
The view is beautiful. You are across from the lake. House is well maintained. Beds are comfortable
The House is very clean and well maintained. It is located on top of a mountain. This made driving to the parking area difficult. it as a 45 degree angle anyone with a low vehicle would bottom out.I drive a KIA Sedona van and bottomed out. We had a large van with no trouble and a small car that also had trouble. I know they said starter supplies, but I felt 2 dishwasher soaps were too little especially when you had to save one to wash on the last day. It accommodates 9 people so too extra rolls of toilet paper seemed like too little especially when the original rolls weren't full. So bring supplies.
As a senior with good mobility I still was not able to to walk down the driveway as it was too steep. All the others were able to. There is a good walkway around the lake that everyone else enjoyed,
You were allowed 3 trash bags then all others you would have to take yourself to the dump or pay $5 per bag for the cleaners to throw away. We stayed there 5 nights and 3 trash bags weren't enough for 8 people.
I loved the view and the house, there were a few problems that I listed.
The property was very well kept. We did have a couple of minor issues, but the property management had maintenance out to resolve them rapidly. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. The location was great, allowing for a quiet area for us, yet also quite close to major roadways. This allowed us to use the cabin as a base camp for our activities.

We liked the property very much and it suited our needs very well.
We liked the property very much and it suited our needs very well. We were a little perturbed by the fact that the "starter" amenities were so sparse. When we arrived, we did not have soap in any of the bathrooms and there was no detergent at all for the dishwasher. There were also very few paper towels. Replenishing those items may be expensive for Sunburst but, if we had had them, I probably would have given the highest rating in each of your survey categories. Nonetheless, it's a very nice property and we enjoyed it. Thank you! Paula was great and I really appreciated her help prior to our arrival. My sister, Peg, left a message at the office after our departure and hasn't yet had a response.
