3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with open kitchen/dining and living room with wood-burning fireplace. Very spacious and accommodating. Nice front deck and conveniently located at Lake Junaluska. Very close to downtown Waynesville, restaurants, shopping, parkway, hiking, fishing, horseback riding and any other "fun" thing you can think of! Offering seasonal kayak and canoe rentals, public swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and walking trails. This is the main level of a private home. When Williams Cottage is booked, the lower level of the home will be vacant. Combine this property with Williams House and make this a Family Retreat destination. Two Full kitchens, Iiving Rooms and Dining Rooms. Three and one half baths and five Bedrooms. Beautiful home, well maintained, and extremely clean.

Beautiful home, well maintained, and extremely clean. We enjoyed looking at all the family pictures throughout the house. It was obviously a well loved home. We appreciated the understanding that was shown to us when we found out one of our families couldn’t come because of Covid.
