Modern stylish plenty of facilities.. Good location in great neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shops. Easy to reach the beaches, and to get to the old city..

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Saint Malo

Gut ausgestattetes, schönes Ferienhaus in Saint Malo. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort. Sehr gut waren die drei Schlafzimmer und eigenes Badezimmer im OG, sowie im EG ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Der Garten ist klein, aber ausreichend und gut möbliert zum draußen essen und entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig (Bäcker etc.) bzw. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten (Supermarkt).

Eine tolle Zeit

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu hause gefühlt. Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Raumaufteilung und Einrichtung sind sehr stimmig.

Jounée très agréable

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Saint-Malo. La maison est soignée et on a tout dont on a besoin. Seul point négativ est qu'il n'y a pas de porte de jardin, donc il faut faire attention à ses enfants. Mais Carole nous l'a dit avant la réservation, c'etait elle qui ne voulait pas louer à nous ;-). Merci et au revoir!

Exactement comme sur les photos, maison avec un emplacement idéal, prêt de tout à 10 min à pied de la plage à 10 min en voiture de St Malo centre, à 15 min de Cancale, et 50 min du Mt St Michel, bref une très bonne situation, en ce qui concerne la maison, très pratique très propre et décoration fait avec avec goût! ! Propriétaire très sympa et joignable. Au prochain passage sur St Malo on repasse par chez vous, merci

séjour parfait

nous sommes enchantées par notre séjour. La maison est très belle, très agréable, moderne, très bien équipée et décorée, et confortable. Tout est bien pensé et d'utilisation facile. Elle est située dans un quartier tranquille qui permet de se déplacer facilement à pied vers le centre ville et la plage du Sillon. La communication avec les propriétaires est fluide et agréable. Super séjour !

Un super séjour!

La maison est magnifique, tout est neuf et de qualité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Carole s'est rendue disponible pour nos répondre à nos questions et nous avons suivi ses conseils pour une visite de Cancale, nous n'avons pas été déçus!

Gite en excellent état ( récent ) La déco est parfaite Dommage que nous n'ayons pu rester que 3 nuitées ( obligations professionnelles ) N'oublions pas non plus la proprietaire dotée d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle ( qualité rare de nos jours)

Maison très agréable

La maison est bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Petit jardin agréable également et sans vis à vis. Très bien située dans une quartier calme et proche des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et à l’écoute. Adresse à retenir.

Une maison ou on se sent tout de suite tres bien Organisée et meublée avec gout et tres bien equipee A distance a pied des commerces et de la mer Enfin la gestionnaire est tres agreable et animée de la volonté de faire bien beau et de rendre le sejour des hotes agreable. Nous recommandons absolument cette location.
