• Unbelievable location! Just 3 blocks from the beach and 2 doors from 2nd Street’s hundreds of restaurants & shops.
• Convenient 1-story 4-bedroom house sleeps 6 people:
-1 large bedroom with a Queen bed
-1 medium bedroom with a Queen bed
-2 small bedrooms each with a Full bed
• 3 full bathrooms with shower (2 of them also have bathtubs).
• 2 separate living rooms, each with Roku-enabled TV.
• Dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 6 in the cozy kitchen nook.
• Central A/C and heating (you'll rarely need the A/C thanks to the cool ocean breeze!)
• Galley-style kitchen is fully equipped, including Keurig single-serve K-cup pod coffee maker
• Relax under the stars in the outdoor spa or at large patio table
• Covered garage fits 2 small/medium cars (largest type of vehicle that will fit is the size of Toyota RAV4)
• Exterior private driveway (not-covered) can accommodate a 3rd small vehicle (largest type of vehicle that will fit is the size of Toyota Corolla).
• Washer and dryer in the garage for your convenience.

Great hot tub!

The house was cute with an unusual layout. The host was extremely quick in fixing an issue with the dishwasher. Very cozy house set in a nice neighborhood with lovely accommodations. Parking, however, was awful! They have alternating street sweeping between 9am and 11.00. The garage fits one car and the off street parking is very tight!

Long Beach Stay

Trip was for a conference and vacation. Very clean, great location with restaurants right around the corner and beach 3 blocks away. Would stay there again. Thumbs up!!

Great House, as Advertised

We had a group of 4 adults in town for an event. This house was exactly right--clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Huge master bedroom. The outside patio was small but delightful. Note that parking is limited, as a lot of people park on that street. But the one car garage worked perfectly for us. You won't fit a big SUV in there, but a Nissan rogue/Honda CRV/Toyota RAV4/regular sedan fits just fine. We would definitely stay there again!

Great house for family getaway

This house was extremely clean, very spacious, in a great location and well stocked with everything a traveler could need. The hosts have clearly thought through things from a guest's viewpoint. Would definitely return if we need a place in Long Beach

Great family stay

We were in town for a wedding. Great to have enough space and privacy for all of us. Parking in the garage was a plus! Loved being able to walk to the many coffee shops and eateries. Between the wedding and reception great having the space to have some of our elder family rest.

Great Vacation

This is our third stay here and we absolutely love it. This feels like our home away from home. Very spacious and it has everything your home has. The jacuzzi was used daily. 2nd Street has shops and restaurants. The beach is in walking distance and my family really enjoyed the beach. We will be staying again!

A Gem

Beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortably furnished, great floor plan, well equipped, and clean. The owner provides clear instructions on how everything works ( like a book "Vacations for Dummies") Though just a block from 2nd Street, it's still peaceful and quiet. Its location is conveniently walking distance to dining, neighborhood coffee shops, shopping and Long Beach. Ideal for an early morning walk from Rosie's Dog Beach to Alamitos Beach and back. Iconix Fitness is a few blocks away for a good work-out. Easy and short drive to Seal Beach, Mother's Beach, Bayshore Beach and the Aquarium. We loved our stay in this home!!!

Lovely convenient home

My family enjoyed staying at this house. It was conveniently located to several types of restaurants and cute shops. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Great for larger groups since it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved the water pressure in the master bathroom suite. The two living room spaces were a plus for a family of adults and teenagers. We greatly appreciated the large size toilettries and the coffee basics that were available. Everything you could need for a beach day was available as well. The owners have certainly made it a home for everyone who stays here.

A great get away in LB

Wonderful place to stay! Fun neighborhood with easy access to Second St. and all its bars and restaurants. Only 2 blocks to the beach, we walked everywhere. Great to have a garage to park in. Very quiet at night. Super comfy beds. We will stay here again.

Great spot close to the beach

The house was perfect for our family. Everyone was able to have their own bathroom and the space was great for a family to spread out in. It is a short walk to the beach and right by a bunch of shops and restaurants. The off street parking was great but you could also find on street parking throughout the day. Great communication with host. Highly recommend this cute spot!

Cozy Home Blocks from the Beach

My friends and I have an annual friends vacation and this home was one of the best in our 14 years of traveling together. It was a short walk to the beach and pier and was a short walk to lots of good food and night life.

Girls Trip...

This was our 2nd stay at this delightful home. We are 4 HS friends in our 60's, so we really appreciate having 4 bdrms and 3 baths! And within walking distance of the beach and 2nd Street. We never used our cars during our stay! Our only question was why there is no BBQ? We're looking foreward to coming back next year for our 50th HS Reunion!!!! Go Wilson Bruins!

Great place to stay

We stayed 3 nights for a work trip. Kevin was very responsive and helpful with any issues that came up. The house is great for a larger group, we had lots of separate work areas to set up laptops during the day. The garage was perfect for our rental car to park in as street parking was difficult. We would stay here again.

Great family stay

Close to Belmont Shore shops. Clean, supplied with the essentials. A great place for our family Christmas trip. The garage was an extremely helpful amenity given very limited street parking availability.

Fantastic beach community home!

4 of us stayed here for a clothing convention. The space was perfect with room for everyone to take a break when needed, the neighborhood is quiet, and having 2 parking spots (garage and in front of it) was so convenient! We were happy to see it was well-equipped with linens, towels, items to take to the water if you wished (beach chairs, etc) and the kitchen was well-equipped. I had easy communication with the manager with quick responses. I highly recommend this property!

Location, location, location (and a parking spot in garage!)

Roomy home with front yard, white picket fence, plenty of common areas and a garage. Easy walking distance to beach and all 2nd street has to offer (lots of eateries and retail stores). Loved walking the surrounding neighborhood. Would definitely return and recommend!

Great Labor Day Getaway

The location to the beach, restaurants and activities is great. House is actually bigger then it looks. Clean with comfortable beds. Loved the jacuzzi! Beach towels and beach chairs were nice to have and use. Would definitely rent this house again.
