You will stay in our elegant apartment, typically "Lyonnais".

The design will deliver you all the necessary comfort during your stay.
The apartment is located in Charpennes, allow you to reach the city center and the train station "Part Dieu" in 5 minutes by Subway (lines A & B).
Furthermore, You will be a few minutes from the Brotteaux, district to enjoy Lyonnaise's life.
Indulge yourself in DIFY art Déco where every detail counts, sound insulation, luxury bedding, linen and towels, hairdryer, etc.
Housing
This fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a double sofa bed also and very comfortable). You will benefit from the full apartment and will be free to use all the equipment. Unlimited Internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and much more.
Access of travelers
The apartment is entirely for you! The apartment is very well insulated for your comfort.
Other remarks
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival.
Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, thank you to return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fee will be charged a second time in case of failure to respect the time limit for departure.
