DIFY Glamour - Masséna

Apartment with lots of character, large bright living room and renovated. Nice room with a comfortable double bed. The apartment is located in the heart of the Brotteaux district.
Housing
This apartment, fully renovated and equipped, can accommodate up to 4 people (a room with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed and very comfortable with a real mattress). You will enjoy the apartment in full and will be free to use all the equipment. Sheets and towels are fully provided. Unlimited Internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, microwave.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

Other remarks
The cleaning fee includes cleaning upon arrival and after check-out but also linen, towels, toiletries, and coffee upon arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave for 11 am, thank you to make the accommodation as you found it on your arrival. The cleaning fee will be charged a second time in case of failure to respect the time limit for departure.

The apartment located on the 3rd floor (which is basically 4th floor), no elevator. Shower handle does not exist. The dishwasher:tried to use it, but it cut off for the fridge and stove. The owner couldn't fix it. The tv did not work at all. The apartment did nit gave hand soap, paper towel or napkins no salt, no vooking oil, foil . The frying pan and cutting boards in very poor condition. No face towels. Kitchen towel and the sponge was brought by the owner when asked for it. The carpet was quite durty. Very small toilet, the seat was broken. Very weird check in procedure. Location is good. Near the train station (15 min walk). Near a lot of cafes, pharmacy, small food store. High ceilings. Not recommended till it fixed for normal living. Comfy bed.

Not what it looks like in the pictures...
Reality is so disappointing compared to the pictures. What you get is not what is advertised. Yes, the apartment is clean, but that is where the good experience ends. The toilet seat is not actually attached to the toilet, so sit down carefully! The shower head is not attached to the wall, so get creative while cleaning yourself. Oh, there was only one towel for the 3 of us, so better be the first one to use the shower if you want a dry towel. I messaged the property manager to please bring some over but they never bothered to reply. The fully stocked kitched had exactly 2 coffee pods. No paper towels or hand towels. No soap for the clothes washing machine. The mattress on the pull out bed has all the comfort of a saltine cracker stuffed with wires. I would never recommend this property to any of my friends or family.
