Our beautiful, bright apartment is new in a contemporary style with high-end services. You can admire the beautiful view of the Fourvière basilica from the apartment. It has all the necessary comfort to make you spend an excellent stay. It is also perfectly located near the banks of the Rhône and the city center (5 minutes by foot).
Housing
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate 4 people with its bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited Internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine.
Travelers access
Access to the entire accommodation (is not shared with the owner)
Other remarks
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
You will only be given one set of keys for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.
Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline.

The district
Nicolas's accommodation is located in Lyon, France.
Located right in the heart of Lyon (6th arrondissement), you will find, right under your windows, all the most attractive attractions offered by our City of Lights. You will find something for everyone, restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quays of Soane and direct access to Vieux-Lyon. By staying here, you will be able to move almost exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its St Paul and St Georges cathedrals, Les Traboules and its famous Lyonnais traffic jams.

5/10 minutes walk from Foch metro station (Line A)
Airport: 1/2 hour by taxi and 1 hour by shuttle (from Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu).
If you arrive by car, there are paid parking spaces right next to the building.
There is also the Morand car park: 11 Bis place marechal lyautey 69006 Lyon, located 5 minutes from the apartment. (price, around 30 € / day).
