Best location on the island

I'm a solo traveller. A digital nomad. Stayed here 10 days...perfect small studio unit for one or two people. I should have booked it for longer when I had the chance...but you never know about places until you get there. On the marina and in the middle of the best cluster of restaurants on the island. Quite and beautiful. Vivien was a great host. Internet was adequate for my work needs. Highly recommended.

We book the apartment for 2 adults and 1 teenager , the sofa very small and dirty . After the first night we leave because the general condition of the apartment was poor , too many details ( blankets and pillows with holes) , walls with missing parts , kitchen dirty , etc . We call the owner and send all the pictures also explain the bad condition of the apartment, never get the refund. Honestly, make our vacations completely disaster.

emplacement idéal

Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'île, et ne pas avoir à reprendre sa voiture le soir pour sortir est un plus très agréable. (Restau et bars sur place) Place de parking bien pratique et sécurisée. Proprio facilement joignable et réactif. Séjour très agréable.

Situation exceptionnelle avec vue sur la Marina, magnifique. Le bâtiment extérieur (à l'arrière) est très abîmé et aurait besoin d'un bon ravalement. La cuisine est très satisfaisante mais, comme la salle de beau, aurait besoin d'un petit coup de neuf. excellente literie. Bon accueil sympathique.

Super appartement très bien situés très confortable

L appartement est très bien situés il y a tout les commerces et petits restos très sympa les propriétaires sont super sympas très accueillants et il y a tout dans l appartement pour ce sentir comme chez soi une vue imprenable sur la marina et vous pouvez allez en excursion en bateau juste en bas de chez vous et vous avez tout les accès pour les visites des supers marchés à proximités et les locations de voitures nous avons passés un très bon séjour et recommandons ce super appart très bon qualité prix merci à vous et à très bientôt Nathalie et Laurence de bordeaux

Que du bonheur !

Merci de tout coeur à Vivien pour son accueil sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Il ne faut surtout pas oublié de souligner combien nous avons apprécié ce joli studio, Tout y était : accueillant, belle déco, propre, literie au top.Rien ne manque Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son exposition - idéale dans la Marina Une Vue exceptionnelle dont on ne se lasse pas de contempler Des réveils matin inoubliables La situation idéale qui nous a permis de rayonner aisement aux quatre coins de l'île et de découvrir toutes ces merveilles qu'elle nous offre. Tout simplement GÉNIAL !

Accueilli par Vivien en gentillesse et simplicité. Découverte d'un bel appartement propre, bien aménagé et équipé, super bien éclairé avec une vue sur la Marina dont je n'ai pu me lasser même après 10 jours. De plus l'appartement est très bien situé dans une résidence sécurisée, avec parking et près de toutes les commodités. C'est simple, on sent très vite chez soi et pour ma part c'est avec un petit pincement au cœur que j'ai dû quitter les lieux ... Mais c'est sur, je reviendrai ! Merci Viven !!

Fantastic experience

The stay was great! The property itself can use some cosmetic upgrades but other than that Vivien was hospitable, the studio was as advertised and overall the stay was EXACTLY what I envisioned. Well done Vivien and THANK YOU for all of your help!!

Studio magnifique pour jeune couple

Le studio est idéal pour un couple souhaitant visiter l'île. Très bien insonorisé avec beaucoup de commodités tels que les restaurants magasins et discothèque. Endroit très vivant et festif. Belle terrasse avec superbe vue sur la marina. Le propriétaire est très sympa et discret. Il saura voir même à l'aise et vous conseiller sur votre séjour. Bref je recommande vivement cette location.

super séjour dans très joli studio !

Nous avons passé trois semaines dans ce studio très bien aménagé et nous avons profité d 'une vue magnifique sur la marina. L'ambiance y est agréable, les restaurants sont très variés et les prix sont corrects. C'est un point de départ idéal pour visiter l'ile et ses plages paradisiaques. Nous tenons à remercier Vivien pour sa gentillesse et sa grande disponibilité. Ces vacances resteront pour nous inoubliables....

Superbe vue et Internet au Top Studio coquet

Studio spacieux magnifique vue!!

Ces 11 jours ont été merveilleux .studio très bien équipé.
