Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Dachterrasse ist gigantisch. Wunderschön. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Vieles haben wir gar nicht genutzt (Grill, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle,...). Es gab immer auf der Straße einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch viele Restaurants waren in der Nähe. Wir haben die 8 Tage in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen, obwohl es leider an 3 Tagen geregnet hatte.

Stairway to heaven

We loved the apartment and Alcossebre. The location and terrace were about as good as it can get. The only negatives did not really affect us too much but might others; it was as advertised but no lift was a pain at times, there was no allocated parking place and the only oven was a combi microwave (excellent hob though). Otherwise perfect break and Mara, the manager was excellent.

Handig ingedeeld appartement met fantastisch terras en dito uitzicht

Het appartement is slim en praktisch ingedeeld. Er is een mooi groot terras (2,5x8meter) en de ligging is aan het strand en dicht bij het centrum en diverse restaurants. Je hebt een fantastisch uitzicht op zee en stranden. De binnentuin met gemeenschappelijk zwembad ziet er fantasieloos uit en ligt nogal in de schaduw.

Vacaciones inolvidables

Apartamento perfecto. Todo lo necesario, vistas increíbles, centrico, a cinco metros de la playa, camas muy cómodas, buen WiFi,.... Un pero, no fuimos capaces de encender la barbacoa. Repetiremos seguro. El trato de Mara muy bueno. Contando los días para volver.

Estupenda semana

El alojamiento es identico a lo descrito, emplazamiento privilegiado, a dos pasos la playa una terraza paradisiaca y un urbanizacion muy tranquila La piscina bien y nunca con mucha gente. El interior del apartamento bien aprovechado y comodo cerca de toda la zona de bares restaurantes...el unico pero que no incluye toallas (no es un engaño, en ningun sitio pone que se incluyan). Sin duda cuando volvamos a Alcoceber, esta sera nuestra primera opcion.

VENEZ-Y !!!

L'appartement nous a beaucoup plu: il est très bien situé et nous avons aimé le bruit des vagues, la douceur du soleil levant et les balades accessibles à pied depuis le logement. L'appartement est très bien équipé, lumineux et très accueillant. La décoration est sobre et chaleureuse à la fois.

Une excellente adresse

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût, disposant d'une vaste terrasse ombragée avec une vue sur mer. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel. La situation est idéale, au coeur d'une résidence sécurisée avec piscine, de plus les restaurants et bars sont à 2 pas. A recommander !

Résidence faite pour passer d'excellentes vacances

Appartement au 3ème étage ( hélàs sans ascenseur ) , bien agencé que ce soit en cuisine ,au salon, dans les chambres ou dans la salle de bains, une terrasse super bien aménagée ( transats, table et fauteuils , table apéro , toile ) et une vue magnifique sur la plage et mer à 180°. Résidence bien entretenue ( jardinier + pisciniste ) avec piscine collective et gazon, sécurisée ( portail fermé à clefs) et située à 2 pas du centre ville. Je vous recommande 1 Alcocebre et 2 cet appartement . Bernard SIGNOLES

Idéal

La vue mer à 180°est juste imprenable! La terrasse ultra spacieuse et sans vis à vis super pour le bronzage et on peut y surveiller les grand enfants sur la plage . L' appartement est imppecable, la propreté irréprochable (les propriétaires y séjournent parfois!et ils sont très réglos). Parfaitement équipé+ wifi opérationnelle. Les restaus et commerces sont à deux pas. Bref, un lieu idéal pour des vacances en couple ou en famille(nous étions 4) avec tout à proximité y compris la mer à nos pieds!! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Vacanza di pesca ad Alcossebre.

Siamo pescatori e le nostre vacanze, dal 13 al 26 marzo, erano improntate sulla pesca. L'appartamento è risultato funzionale allo scopo. Il mare (pescoso) era proprio davanti a noi e la terrazza ha in corredo un ottimo barbecue che abbiamo sfruttato spesso. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato la tenda da sole legata come un salame e non abbiamo potuto sfruttarla quando il sole picchiava forte sul tavolo in terrazza, per cui questa non la si è utilizzata durante i pranzi. La vista sul mare è comunque molto bella e sorseggiare il caffè la mattina appena alzati affacciati sullo splendido panorama è stato impagabile. Noi abbiamo fatto la nostra prenotazione on-line ed era previsto il Wi-Fi. Lo abbiamo trovato non funzionante e il gestore in 13 giorni di nostra permanenza non ha provveduto a farlo riparare. Ci ha dato un sommario appuntamento con il tecnico il 10° giorno dei 13 previsti, ma non si è visto nessuno. Questo ha costituito un esborso significativo con i nostri gestori telefonici . Il complesso dove è inserito l'appartamento è un po' datato ma molto ben tenuto e manutenzionato, manca però il parcheggio; ma per fortuna non era agosto! Alcossebre ha una passeggiata molto bella, quasi tutta sul mare e la cittadina è sicuramente pulita. Le alternative di alloggio sono molteplici e quindi tornerei volentieri anche in futuro.

un appartement face à la mer

L'appartement est très bien situé à deux pas du centre du village,des supermarchés et des restaurants. Vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants en bord de mer et des bars ou manger des tapas . La résidence était très calme en cette saison et l'appartement très ensoleillé . Quel appartement agréable! Tout y est La lumière, la superbe vue dont on peut profiter même de l'intérieur(trois grandes baies donnent directement sur la mer) et le bruit de la mer qui fini de vous dépayser. Il ne manque aucun appareil électrique jusqu'au grille pain. L'appartement est très propre et bien agencé. Pour les amoureux de nature et de grands espace ,de grandes ballades sont à faire en bord de mer et sur les sentiers aménagés. Pour les baigneurs bien sûr il n'y a qu'à prendre votre serviette et descendre sur les plages . Cet appartement est un lieu que l'on recommande sans hésitation et ou' nous reviendrons, c'est certain, dès l'année prochain

Parfait à plus d'un titre

Appartement situé au dernier étage avec magnifique terrasse avec la mer à perte de vue. Calme, très bien équipé, chaleureux, cet appartement est situé dans une résidence très bien entretenue, sécurisée avec piscine privée. Bien accueillis par les propriétaires nous avons pu bénéficier de leurs conseils pour orienter nos sorties, nos visites et nous adapter très vite à Alcossebre, village qui n'a pas cédé à une urbanisation délirante comme ailleurs sur cette côte. Un must pour qui cherche un lieu à l'esprit famille ! Une 6ème étoile au niveau de l'évaluation serait méritée ! Rendez-vous est pris pour 2017 !

Très bon séjour du 16 au 29 juin 2016

L'appartement est en très bon état, très bien équipé, pour nous, le seul bémol de l'appartement est le lit de la chambre parentale. La terrasse est très grande et la vue est très belle. La piscine est bien aussi, mais nous n'avons pas testé en pleine saison. Nous étions en couple et marcheurs. Nous avons profités de belles ballades et plages dans la Serra De Irta. Mais pour ceux qui ne veulent pas trop bouger, la plage devant la résidence a l'air très bien :-). Alcossebre est une jolie station balnéaire, animée, le centre n'est pas loin de l'appartement. Je recommande cette location.

Séjour idéal

Appartement idéalement situé dans un "village" idéal! Le gros PLUS: on pose sa voiture, pour profiter de la plage au pied de la résidence, de la piscine, des commerces, des bars et restaurants typiques à deux pas, et ce sans aucune gène et dans le plus grand calme, le tout avec une immense terrasse vue mer à couper le souffle pour se poser! Appartement plus qu'agréable, cosy et contemporain, bien disposé, et fonctionnel car très bien équipé! Recommandé les yeux fermés!
