Nice Place - Management Not So Nice

The place is nice, a little rough. Broken finishes and general wear and tear you can't see in the picture, but it's in a great location however the management company was TERRIBLE. Super hot night, air conditioning was broken and they refused to fix it. Now they did sneak this detail in into the listing but you won't see it unless you scroll through everything. Pretty shady maneuver on there part. I would never have rented a place without air conditioning but they got me, I didn't read the whole listing, just the synopsis. Checking in there is a doorman who, if you are lucky, might get up out of his chair to help you open a door (imagine) but don't expect anything beyond this. We had several bags to struggle with and I'll admit, he was good at watching. If anything happened like I had a heart attack or perhaps fell down, he would be there to report on it in full detail. Maybe that would get him to smile. The management company had every opportunity to improve their service; make concessions, try to fix things the next day, work with me on getting a different place but nope, they didn't care about me as a customer at all. As far as VRBO. They were as interested in our well being as they are the price of tea in China. will be using another service from here onout. That tells you what kind of people you are dealing with right there. I live in these kind of rentals 9/10 months a year easily This was a bad experience. Stay away from Wynwood House Management if you can.
