Upstairs unit with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a balcony to enjoy the California breeze. Glendale is close to everything: Disney, Warner Brothers, Universal. We are Burbank and Griffith Park adjacent. Enjoy the hiking trails and everything else Glendale has to offer. There is ample parking, and also 2 bus lines one block away that go everywhere!
You also have the use of the shared backyard for sitting and reading if you like.
Perfect for anyone who is also working or interning at the studios as well!
