These are two houses on the first floor of two different buildings joined by the large common terrace which leads to the romantic private garden through a staircase. There is a magnificent veranda. There are eight beds in the large house, restored in 2009 and continuously maintained, and 6 beds in the smaller house restored in 2016. A small cottage with two beds and a bathroom is located in the garden. Both houses are air conditioned. You can get there easily from the airport by bus to Piazzale Roma or from the railway passing over the Calatrava bridge: you can walk there in a few minutes. Or by vaporetto, with line 2, going down to San Basilio and going along the foundations in front of San Sebastiano.
The center of Venice needs no description. Full of restaurants, very lively in Campo Santa Margherita until late at night. The house is an oasis of silence. In a quarter of an hour you can reach San Marco and Rialto, but in a few minutes you can take a splendid walk on the Zattere. In half an hour with the vaporetto you can also get to the Lido, where, besides the beach, there is the possibility of golf, horse riding and tennis. Two supermarkets are nearby, on the Zattere and Santa Margherita, which is very rare in Venice, and there are numerous nearby food and vegetable shops and a fish market in Campo Santa Margherita.
