The Master Suite is on the main floor and features a king bed, large TV, en-suite with beautiful walk-in shower, and a master closet large enough to live in. There are two additional bedrooms on the main level, both with queen beds and TVs. Between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom has a set of twin beds and the other has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. The upstairs full bath has a shower/tub.
Your biggest decision might just be deciding whether to sit in the front porch rocking chairs as you ease on until twilight or to gather on the back porch that overlooks your own personal swimming pool. (Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $450/week.)

• A maximum of three (3) dogs are welcome (additional non-refundable deposit per pup) (No cats allowed).
• .5 miles to the King and Prince Public Beach Access, 1 mile to the Pier and Village area
• Only 4 vehicles are permitted at the property. No vehicles are allowed over the speed hump in the driveway, as that is another private driveway. No exceptions - NOT even for loading and unloading.
Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 6 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
