- Pool Heat is Complimentary. It is automatically heated from 8am-12pm and 4-8pm to 80F. The sun hits directly to our pool from 12-4pm.

- All sorts of appliances in the kitchen: microwave, wine fridge, blender, juicer, rice cooker, hot water kettle, coffee machine, french press, and Nespresso (pods, creamer, sugar all included) for your use
- Baby friendly: we offer a pack and play / travel crib, high chair, baby bath seat. baby gates and more
- Private covered garage for 2 cars & 24/7 free street parkings
- We are surrounded by many Michelin Star and Famous Restaurants. Less than 10 mins drive to Providence , Gwen, Kali, Uka, Petit Trois, Flavors from Afar and many more. I am a foodie and I can make recommendations : )

Great family trip to LA
My family of 6 stayed here for a short trip to LA. We booked it mostly based on proximity to Universal Studios - almost close enough to walk. It was great for that, but otherwise was really nice too. The host was pleasant and very responsive. The house was classy and very comfortable. It was a great trip.

The property was a huge, light and open place to stay and enjoy family. The views are amazing and the backyard was a great place to relax, we wish we had another reason to visit and stay again.

The home was beautiful and well stocked. Easy street parking. The stove/oven is a sweet touch for cooking. The whole family enjoyed there stay while we were in town for a family wedding.

Natalie's Hollywood villa
This is a wonderful house and was the cleanest VRBO house we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in over 20 houses in the last few years). The house was beautifully decorated and a great space to spend time with our family. Natalie is a very responsive owner, who clearly loves her home and takes very good care of the property.

Great experience!
Overall great experience staying at this property. Some small items that could be improved are the internet and TV connection that were spotty and connected on and off, and the soft close of the garbage cabinet. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to use the pool.

Beautifully appointed home in a great location!
Our family of four (my husband and me and 2 young adult kids) and my mom were in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect home for us as we all had our own rooms and space to spread out. We were able to cook meals and a couple of relatives stopped by and we comfortably entertained them. The pool area is lovely, and although it was a bit cold for swimming, we sat outside one night and talked and stargazed. This really is a wonderful home for families doing tourist things (Universal is very close) or needing a perfect home base while in LA. Clean, comfortable, everything you need.

Perfect Family Get Away (Close to Alot)
Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach. Their super-fast response time helped eliminate the worry and issue almost upon request. We stay in alot of VRBO's and I can tell you with confidence that this was instantly a family favorite. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Burbank/Hollywood area.

One Of A Kind Beauty
The purpose for my trip was to mark off seeing the Hollywood sign on my mom’s bucket list and celebrate her 70th birthday. Natalie’s house was the perfect location to travel to so many parts of CA! Her home was absolutely gorgeous!! I’m a stickler for clean homes and Natalie nailed it!!! Her house was super clean and everything had a specific place ( which I can appreciate). The house was equipped with all your essential needs… way more than some other homes I’ve stayed in. She thinks of everything!! We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. We would take morning walks through the hills and the neighbors were so friendly! Thank you Natalie for providing a great experience for me and my family! We all thought your home was absolutely AMAZING!!! I would definitely, 100% stay here again!

Outstanding Home for Family
We stayed in this home over New Years 2023/ 2024 with our 3 children for 5 nights. It could not have been a better experience. Check in was extremely easy. Host Natalie has very easy instructions and a quick FaceTime to walk us through some details on the house and pool. House is extremely clean and has all the items you need. Great security, central location, high end furnishings, great mattresses and bedding. House is entirely updated-- kitchen, every bathroom, pool and outdoor area, etc. Parking is so easy with attached garage for 2 cars. Outdoor pool area is great but weather was too cool to go swimming. If you are headed to Universal Studios (or many other Hollywood area attractions) this is the perfect location. From beginning to end this was an excellent stay. We stayed at a suite at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco before heading down the coast to LA and our kids all voted the house a better stay than the Ritz Carlton suite.

Perfect place to feel pampered in L.A.!
My husband, son, his husband, daughter, her husband, two children, and I stayed here for a long weekend-coming out for my daughter's wedding. We had a marvelous time!! The house and facilities are lovely. Natalie had the pool heater repair team out just as we were checking in, and they left the pool ready for fun! The location, neighborhood and view are perfect. The kitchen is amazing, with a chef's stove and oven! Don't hesitate to reserve this home!

Natalie was the perfect Host and her home was immaculate! If you are looking for a home that is close most LA attractions Universal Studios, Muhallond Blvd, Sunset Blvd, Hollywood Blvd etc...this is the place for you!. The beds are comfortable, well stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor area with pool, and you can see the Hollywood sign from balcony and front door! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely use your home again if it's available when we come back to LA!
